I had a major water leak the day after Christmas. They came out immediately and worked on it everyday for the next 8 days, checking on it and making adjustments. They were very attentive to my problem and got it fixed. They did a fantastic job!

This is the absolute best Water Mitigation company on the planet. Not only were they prompt and thorough but they put our mind at ease that they could truly resolve our issue and they did that and more. Our toilet upstairs malfunctioned over night and we awoke to a water disaster that had completely seeped through floor into basement. IRS came and asessed the situation, developed a solid plan, assured us it would work and was the best plan of action and immediately sprung into action. Everything they told us was honest and worked just as we were told. Unlike a national company that we used on a previous water incident which made the situation worse by using our misfortune to instill fear, Independent Restoration Service is a local company that truly cares about the community and is committed to helping its neighbors more so than just making money. From the beginning they helped us to relax admist the disaster and put our trust in them. IRS is a company of high integrity with impeccable standards. This kind of company is hard to find in this world of unethical and shady business practices. The IRS company and staff is absolutely amazing and I would recommend them 100% to anyone. David Andrews responded to my inquiry through HomeAdvisors.Com after Nashvilleâ s latest flood. He called, came out to view our basement on Sunday and had equipment in place on Monday to dehumidify and dry out our basement. Very nice guy.
