They went out of their way to consult me and to explain what they had done. They took numerous photos to show aspects of their work. We have a very tight crawl space but the crew took on the challenge with a smile. They ended up installing even more brackets than they had initially estimated, giving us even better protection than we had anticipated. I highly recommend their work.

Posted by Sharon C. on 10/28/2021 I received a call within minutes of asking for a quote, and we set up a time to meet. Todd arrived and evaluated the areas where I thought I had mold. Much to my relief, the majority of the substance was not mold, and Todd quickly identified what it was and how to resolve it. One area, however, was mold, and he gave me several choices of how to handle it. He easily could have convinced me that the entire subfloor needed to be replaced (which is what I expected to have to do), but instead, he was honest. Todd was personable, explained everything, and honest. Should I have restoration work in the future, I will definitely call Robinson Restoration!
