The people over at JES Foundation Repair was able to diagnose and repair the issue I had with a large crack on the side of my garage. They discovered that the crack on two sides was caused by the ground underneath sinking causing the corner to drop. Once they dug up the two sides and saw that the builder of the house had skipped one of the concrete slabs which left no support for the corner of the garage. They were able to resolve the problem by using 6 push piers and added concrete with metal rods to reinforce the structure. The team that did the work (Jose Rodriguez, Henry Ayala and Jesus Baires) has great skill and integrity. I would definitely hire them again to do the job!

Luis and Jordan worked with me to come up with the best solution for the repair of our deck which was damaged by a fallen tree and for its expansion. It was such a pleasure working with Brian at Restoration 1. Brian and his team went above and beyond while working on our home which was damaged by a leak coming from neighboring unit. Brian was very thorough in investigating the issues, creating a thoughtful plan of attack and communicating extensively along the way. Since I was on the other side of the US and could not be onsite to see things for myself, Brian went out of his way to send numerous pictures, videos, and set up zoom calls to help me feel assured and knowledgeable. He also went beyond his duties and helped me coordinate other vendors and appointments, something he did not have to help with but willingly did knowing that I was very far from my property. Brian is trustworthy, and so willing and passionate about helping others. He is an expert in his space, also very organized, and an extremely hard worker. I highly recommend you use Restoration 1!

I used Milestone Restoration for water damage cleanup in my basement. They were very prompt to respond, very professional, and considerate to the fact that this was not covered by insurance. The result is excellent, everything is very dry. They were very professional and friendly. The price was much better than other estimates and they don't push for unnecessary work. I had a small water leak that wasnâ t sure of the exact source. Omar, the owner, contacted me directly and stopped over and isolated the problem very quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and did not try to push any additional services, whereas other places have tried to charge me a lot up front before even showing up. The representative ("John", I think...sorry) was on time and incredibly professional. We had multiple pet stains throughout the entire upstairs but, to me, the biggest challenge for him would be to affect several which were years old. We had, unsuccessfully, "treated" them ourselves. You would NEVER know the stains had been there. AMAZED! HIGHLY recommend this service!
