This is an update to the a deck replacement completed for me in 2018. While I was cleaning my deck I notice that one of the metal railings had come loose. I texted Shaun at Smart's and told him about it. He responded immediately and said he would stopped by to check it out. He did and fixed it without a word to me and no charge. WOW, such customer service. Excellent company with high standards... Highly recommended to do business with and with reasonable prices.

Jason and his team were able to quickly get out to our house when when no one else could or wanted to. His crew was kind, professional and were patient with my concerns and questions. The owner himself visited to make sure everything was going ok. He referred us to the right services to get our house back to normal.
