"In the words of Michael Scott... **The dictionary defines superlative as: of the highest kind, quality, or order, surpassing all else, or others** I think that says it all! I was looking to have my main water line to the house replaced and reached out to (3) local companies for a bid. Well not only was White Flag the first to respond, but they had the best / most inclusive bid, they were clearly knowledgeable and cognizant of local codes, professional, and better yet...they had very strong reviews on Home Advisor (those reviews proved to be VERY accurate by the way). Anyhow, after meeting with Al from White Flag I knew they were the right choice and i committed on the spot. That said, Al w/White Flag hit the ground running and within the next 48 hours, all underline lines had been marked by TN One Call, my old galvanized pipes were disconnected, a new line was dug, new Pex tubing was installed, tested, and approved, the line was back-filled, the landscaping was returned to its previous state (maybe even a little nicer), and I had an entirely new water line with the most glorious water pressure a man could ever ask for!! Oh, and total down time for running water to the house was under 2 hours! Yeah, this was without question, the easiest and most pleasant experience a homeowner could ever ask for. Five stars are not enough in my opinion..."

Once it determined that the entire water heater needed to be replaced, they kept me updated on when they would be receiving the new equipment and how soon i would be available for them to install it, which was at my earliest convenience, and they actually waited for me to be home to get the install done.. Before AFS worked on it, the floor didn't feel solid just walking on it and the stairs creaked badly when going up and downstairs. "I had a blockage on Christmas eve and Mr Watts came and unplugged my toilet. A month later my washing machine backed into my bath tub on the other side of the house. I only have 1 bathroom, and could not use it. Mr Watts came out took him to 2 days and expensive equipment to find the break. My house sits on a hill 200 ft from the main sewer line. But he didn't stop looking until he found the problem. I would highly recommend him. He is reasonable and very professional. I will call him again, if I need plumbing help."
