"Lucas Kimbrough was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, arrived early and was so polite! He listened to my concerns and needs and not only met them, but exceeded them! The project was removing a cast iron tub and tile surround and replacing it with an acrylic pan and walls to create a walk-in shower that went to the ceiling (all in 6 hours!). The shower turned out beautiful, I can't wait to use it! Also, the bathroom was cleaner afterward than when Lucas arrived. THANK YOU WEST SHORE HOME! I'll be calling again for some window replacements next!"

"I spoke with him around 8:30 in the morning and he was at my house around noon to do the work I requested. He thought he knew what was wrong with my bathtub faucet that was causing the handle to loosen and making the water hard to turn on when I talked to him, no one else I had done business with seem to be able to fix. He cleaned up the bathroom floor after installing the new chair height toilet. I recommend him highly to anyone needing a plummer."

"They came out and told us exactly what was wrong and needed to fix all the pipes and drain system in our crawl space. Replaced our toilet and flooring in bathroom as well as the drains for the sink, tub and toilet. They went above and beyond. The cost was wonderful and reasonable. "Excellent communication, service and work! We are impressed with the efficiency and diligence of Superior Plumbing. Initially, JJ met with us for an estimate. He was courteous, friendly and arrived on time for the estimate. Additionally, a text notification was sent indicating that he was on his way to our home. The estimate was reasonably priced, and he was able to schedule the work within a few days. On the day of service, we received a text letting us know that they were on their way. JJ and John did excellent work, explained what they had done, and charged what they quoted. Superior Plumbing installed new pex in a shower as well as re-plumbed and centered the drain. We will continue to use Superior Plumbing for any future plumbing needs."
