I had a major flood in my home that affected two levels. Seeing as how I had never gone through something like this I thought that it would be a simple process to fix. I called my insurance company and Havoc Heroes was sent out promptly. Jackson and Eric truly helped me digest the fact that there would be rooms that required removal of my floors and ceilings due to the water damage. They were prompt and professional, but most of all they were compassionate about how I felt throughout this process. They explained every single step along the way. My upstairs neighborâ s bathroom flooded into my condo and immediately became a real life nightmare. Flood brothers completed the water remediation process when our air conditioner's overflow pan leaked in our attic. Water came through the upstairs ceiling as well as the downstairs ceiling. They were quick to come out and do a thorough initial inspection. I worked with Randy, he was super polite and professional. He was always punctual when he was supposed to be coming to my home. He did a great job of making sure that our ceilings and hardwood floors downstairs were properly dried. I would definitely use Flood Brothers again and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Jon, the project manager, managed to get to my house the day I made my call. He evaluated the exterior mold and treated it on the spot. He explained that it was likely to surface mold and how to monitor the treated site for further activity. Excellent service and would definitely use BioGuard Pro again.
