I worked with Steven and Adam from Guardian R&R and my experience was unequivocally exceptional. Guardian makes sure that the job is done right the first time, every time. They keep the customer engaged every step of the way and involved in the process. They’re willing to do what it takes to make the customer happy.
In my case, I contacted Guardian to take over home restoration needed after a burst pipe in the late winter of 2021. The damage was EXTENSIVE. The water abatement company left A LOT of material in place that should have been removed which was 100% saturated (including drywall) and those materials became mold growth sources. Guardian not only removed all the material that the previous contractor failed to remove, but they sprayed mold preventative through the entire basement after removal of the material.
Unfortunately my insurance company’s preferred restoration contractor was essentially completely unresponsive and the restoration process came to a complete stand still for about 7 months. On the advice of my insurance representative I contacted other restoration contractors. Guardian was the top choice and they completely exceeded all my expectations. They took a process that I was afraid would never get completed and finished it in just a few weeks.
Guardian was incredibly helpful in working with the insurance claims adjuster and they were able to make sure that I was able to get everything I was entitled to for restoration of the home.
The professionals with Guardian are incredibly detail oriented. Since my basement was under about two feet of standing water, Guardian was able to get a new high efficiency furnace, a new water heater, and new washer and dryer.
Guardian completely transformed my house and made it in to a home.
Guardian worked with me to make sure that the project was completed the way I wanted. I can honestly say that if you don’t hire Guardian for your next project that you’re doing yourself a disservice. If you hire Guardian, you’ll never regret the decision!

David (Restoration1) over-exceeded our expectations for addressing a mold issue we had developing in a bump out closet in one of our bedrooms. When we noticed our mold issue, we reached out to David for help, and he responded promptly on the same day with a visit to investigate the issue. His knowledge and expertise around the aspect of what was causing the mold issue in our situation helped to identify how best to remediate the matter and prevent the issue from reoccurring.
David was very professional and took safety very seriously in handling the mold situation. Restoration 1 took the necessary precautions to ensure that mold spores were not allowed to go airborne when the drywall and molding that were infected, were extracted. We are so thankful for the services of David and his Restoration 1 team. I cannot say enough of how helpful David and Restoration 1 were in helping us with the issue we had.

Steve (and Mike) where on the job when they said they would be. They answered all our questions, went right to work did a grate job of removing our mold problem (actually looks a good as new), Cleaned up their work area when done. Price was right, work was great I would recommend them anyone.
