Signed the contract a few days later and Russ and his guys installed it 3 days later. Install of both roofs and the gutters was completed in 1 day. HomeTech handled an insurance claim for my roof, fence, gutters and interior wall. They were extremely professional and each and everything needed was done. They also had to remove some solar panels from my roof in order to replace the roof. Since my roof is 20+ years old, I have a Home Confidence Plan with Arocon, which includes two roof inspections (tune-ups) per year. Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. I have had this service with Arocon for a couple of years and I derive much peace of mind in maintaining my roof with Arocon until I replace it.
