I was initially going to do a repair on the affected area, but after inspection, we decided to replace the entire roof and the wood underlay.     This was the 2nd time we contracted with DDR. While I did not deal with them the first time, I had a great experience this time. Chris Thomas, the Project Manager, was very professional, responsive and informative. He provided all the details and gave me the news as he received it - good or bad. He visited the site (the house) as much as he could. He provided detailed emails and updates; statuses on crew, equipment and delivery and was very patient in answering every single question I had (which were many) - all the time! Apart from being professional, he also always took care of his crew, which, I thought, was very nice. He is a very hard worker and a great asset to DDR. We took a lot of estimates and met with a lot of contractors but we certainly can say, DDR kept up to their word and their work. I will certainly hire DDR for me next project

Carlon Roofing promptly came out and fixed my roof at a very reasonable cost. This time, I needed my whole roof replaced on my Anchorage house.
