  Tile Meister has always done quality work on every job. We are very satisfied with the lasting quality of their work. They stayed within their price estimates for the jobs and their time estimates were pretty accurate from what I can remember. Craig, one of their tile installation technicians is a true craftsman. He worked on both our installs in 2001 & 2006 & also the replacement tiles after we removed our water heater in 2010. We also love the 2 tubular skylights Tile Meister installed. It really made a huge difference in brightening up 2 rooms with natural light. I would check out their showroom on the West side of 1st St. at 611 N. 1st Street in Grand Junction between North Avenue and Grand Avenue. It has a lot of great examples of the type of work they can do and a lot of different tile samples to look at. I had fun looking at it and getting ideas for our home.   I had to have the floor replaced in my large master bathroom due to loose tile, broken tile and mold that I could no longer remove. The two gentlemen doing the work were very professional and showed up on time everyday. They both worked very hard and kept me updated during the whole process on what they were doing and of any problems that came up. They covered everything they could and tried very hard to keep the dust to a minimum. After a couple of small problems that were quickly resolved, the project was completed to my total satisfaction. I now have a beautiful shower that looks great and there's no mold

  Workers chipped out broken tiles, removed everything down to slab. Cut non-square tiles, cemented tiles. Applied new grout. Regrouted other areas as stated above. Very dedicated to the task.

  Walt & "The Crew", were timely, professional and the hardest workers I have been a witness to in a long time. NIELSON'S HARDWOOD FLOORING comes highly recommended from this satisfied customer because "The Crew" knew exactly how to address everything that had anything to do with hardwood floor installation! Price rated as "GOOD", because I am "bloody cheap". I have never done a home improvement contract with anyone other than my self and my husband! Hardwood flooring is not something that we could do without NIELSON'S FLOORING

  Excellent. The owner/operator, Paul Holden was informative, prompt, took precautions with the current home and property against damage or dirt, etc. Asked plenty of questions about preferences, brought samples and gave me time to decide. NOt afraid to obtain helpers for himself if it is to the home owners advantage to have something accomplished in one day rather than stretching it out over a few (i.e. the installation of the hardwood floor, he had trusted and excellent workmen he could call upon to help him still included in his price.) We came up with a flexible plan of which room to pack up (my responsibility) and work through, then which to move on to next etc. It was very easy to work with the home improvement center, making purchases and leaving them for him to pick up with ID and he could pick up appliances, tile, fixtures etc. on the day he planned to install them. The update/remodel brought the home up in value several times more than what the remodel cost and Mr. Holden is a delightful, trustworthy Christian man who supports his family through his business. He does the job right

  I called John on a Sunday afternoon to make an appointment for an estimate on the floor. I also called 4 other contractors. John came over that evening before I even got a call back from the other contractors. I explained what I wanted - Install tile and grout in the kitchen and hallway, I told him I would remove the old floor, prep the site, and dispose of the construction waste, and seal the grout. He gave me a quote (this was over a year ago and I cannot remember the exact, price but it was between $400 and $700). He didn't give a written quote, preferred a handshake, but said he would if I wanted. I agreed on the handshake. John finished the job on the third day, just how long he told me it would take, advised me on the best way to go about maintaining the tile and sealing it. The price was exactly the price we agreed upon. The tile turned out beautifully! We have had it for over a year and have not had any problems. I got his name out of the phone book and feel really lucky that I chose Meuler Tile
