  Mike and his team helped us fully update and remodel a dark and dingy 1970s ranch house into a beautiful contemporary home for our family. His team (Melvin, Luis and others) were professional, respectful and prompt. Mike is an honest and straightforward contractor who is super responsive and will show up at the job site almost every day to make sure things are done right. I'm sure we'll work with him again in the future

  I recently remodeled my house and was sorely disappointed. I was a bit gun shy to try again, but changed my mind after being stuck ay home during the covid lockdown. I decided to find a new contractor, and was lucky enough to find Mark Besnos, the owner of Horizon Construction and Remodeling. Mark was able to make my vision a reality, which was no small task. He worked with my designer, Misti Riedel and I and had the patience of a saint. This time around, it was an enjoyable experience. I wake up every morning and walk out into the main living area with a big smile on my face. Before Mark remodeled, my place was so drab. I truly love my house and thank everyone for helping me

  This review for Regal Construction is overdue but I can recommend this company with more confidence now since I have never seen a construction company (or any companies) stands by their work beyond the scope of the agreement. My husband and I have experienced six contractors since 1998 for remodeling and landscaping of our homes. Being matched with a reliable, competent and civilized contractor seems to require more than online research; Rather, you need a luck equivalent to the chance of jackpot in Vegas. For our current home, we planned the remodeling of the entire downstairs which included kitchen, family room, living room, powder room, laundry room, gym and bathroom. After interviewing several contractors very, very carefully (since we had a contractor from **** in 2016), we decided to work with The Regal; Sean and Shaul. They were very precise with the budget and timeline while explaining each phase of work in detail; nothing too extravagant or too cheap to achieve. We started in March 2020 and finished the project by June as they promised. Most importantly within the budget and timeline plus some extra improvement of the house thanks to their recommendation that eventually saved us a lot of energy and money. I am not saying that the entire experience was as smooth and rosy as it may sound like; There were some moments of tension and questions on the way like any remodeling projects would create. But all within my realistic expectations and any issues were quickly resolved with the sincerity and efforts of Sean and Shaul. They are such civilized professionals that communication was the best part of the whole project (very rare in the field of construction). My husband and I are professionals so dealing with people who are deceiving or irrational has been the most challenging task along with our aging brains. The project manager Shaul was a god sent and he made the whole experience quite comfortable and sane. Also, all their workers were polite, clean and hard-working (again very rare). I have waited to write a review more than two years because I wanted to see how their warranty service would work out. It was beyond my picky expectations! They are highly responsible for their job and extremely prompt, sincere and efficient with any issues related to their work (they don't seem to care about expenses to make sure all is in a great working condition). We are done with our home renovation but we will definitely recommend The Regal to our children or friends with great confidence. It was a good match after all! :

  Ours was an extensive condo renovation including a totally new kitchen, powder room, master bath and lighting. Never having tried anything like this we did not know where to begin. Enter Avi and his Finesse Remodeling team. From that first meeting on day one our fears were laid to rest and we gained the confidence to proceed on such a big project. We enjoyed clear communication and everything happened according to the schedule. From Joyce in the office, to the plumbing and electric crews, to Luis and his amazing tile setters, the process was a fun and enjoyable collaboration.   Could not have gone better! Stone Age's entire team were long term employees who were professional, skilled, and showed attention to detail and pride in their work. They arrived on time each day, worked very hard all day, were easy to communicate with, treated our property with respect and thoroughly cleaned up each day before leaving. The level of communication throughout the entire process was impressive. Lou let us know what to expect and was always readily available if we had questions. Phone calls, texts and emails were all responded to efficiently. Stone Age's team, the process, the quality of the work and the end result all exceeded our expectations.   Excellent from start to finish! Guy Liba is a master project manager. His estimate was reasonable. The potential overages he spelled out in the contract due to the walls I wanted taken down and the beams that needed to be inserted in the ceiling were also reasonable. His team are a great bunch. They left the space picked up throughout the reno. He is very on schedule which allowed me to plan for ordering items I wanted and not overpaying or feeling rushed. This is the fifth renovation of a property I have done and Paragon is hands down the best contracting company I have worked with
