"Everything from quote to finished basement went very well thanks to our on-site project manager Nate and the owner Chris. Once the project started Nate was very communicative about the basement layout and as the work progressed we talked each day to make sure everything was coming together well. Nate and his team were very skilled and accommodated many customizations in our Entertainment room and gym. I would highly recommend Remark Construction for any type of remodel. "Finding a good, reliable contractor is a bit of a crap shoot especially when you’re looking at a major home renovation and investing a lot of money in to that project. Many contractors get a reputation of being unreliable, shows up late if at all on the dates & time promised, poor communication, only work a couple hours then leave the project and worst of all don’t do take pride in their work and the quality is not what you paid for. You can do your due diligence by check references; BBB complaints; state licensing; State AG’s office of complaints; read customer comments on review sites and then pick a few to interview. Still, it’s no guarantee you’re going to get a “good one”. You hire them then hold your breath. We just went thought all of this for a total kitchen remodel (floor up). After going through all of this we found a gem in American Made Contractors and Scott Padgett. Our projected started 7 months ago with research and after we selected Scott, his communication MONTHS before the project started was superb. He was a resource we could use as we went through the planning stages and selection process. We probably talk to him 2 times a week during this and then almost daily as our demo day approached. He and his hand selected crew showed up when promised (for various phased), worked all day, cleaned up before leaving, found and fixed things that were discovered, give critical feedback on decisions during the project and took immense pride in his craftsmanship. Scott is a master carpenter and been at this for 37 years and it showed. He brought up additional ideas as the project progressed and incorporated them in to our kitchen. Just as important my wife was completely comfortable with everyone that came to the house. Our new kitchen is beautiful! Scott does any kind of home renovation. If it’s a bathroom, kitchen, home addition, room alteration etc… he’s done it. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your project, trust with your hard earned money and trust the project will be done right, look no further. Finally, our new kitchen is beautiful!

"John and his team were very professional, neat, and easy to work with. We ended up being out of the kitchen for about two weeks, which I thought was pretty good given the job. We modified the kitchen island, painted cabinets, installed new countertops, and replaced backsplash. John was punctual and did not have any down time where the kitchen just sat unfinished. We've had projects before where the contractor would start another job and send guys over to ours when they had the time...extending construction time significantly. Thankfully, this was not the case with John. They cleaned up after each day which was also a huge plus. I would definitely recommend JT Contracting!

"Rick Kellerman, President of ETA Home Improvements was recommended to us by our realtor and a neighbor whose basement he had refinished. The glowing reports we received from them were not exagerrated. Rick and his assistant did a FANTASTIC job. 131/2 days start to finish and the price was CONSIDERABLY lower than other contractors we got bids from. Rick put in a full days work with 30 minutes for lunch. He did not miss a day working. His attention to detail was outstanding. Rick also performed some extras such as hanging a heavy mirror, and moving some pieces of furniture from the living room. My wife and I wholeheartedly endorse his work. We will use him again without any reservations

"Put simply, I could not have asked for a better group to build my new home. The quality of my build is outstanding, with beautiful features and attention to detail. I found the home on the market shortly after it was finished. As soon as I stepped foot in it, I had that classic feeling of knowing it was “the one.” More importantly though, the builders have been very supportive even after closing in March 2020. They were very willing to work with the inspection list provided, and have gone above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect during the home warranty period. Anytime something small was found, they were around quickly to fix it. This isn’t a builder that will sell you a home and forget about you... I’ve truly felt that they had my back the entire way. Especially for my first home purchase, this made the whole process so much more comforting! HUGE thank you!
