Was able to schedule for service on the day I called. Was afraid the opener couldn't be repaired but the serviceman was able to repair it and add a key pad.

The installation went very well. The new door looks and functions like a gem.

Our 20-year house had its original garage door, which was contractor-grade and damaged from previous owners. The opener had previously been replaced and installed poorly. When the garage door hinges cracked in half on several panels, the door needed to be replaced. The AE representative came out to our house the next day, and AE was able to get a new door and opener installed within a week and a half. The work was completed with minimal interruption to our family's schedule and the installers were very professional and answered all of our questions. We would definitely call them again.

Excellent, rapid response. Ron was our repair man. Quiet, got to the job immediately, worked fast and got the job done quickly. Had all necessary parts on the truck with him, never had to leave and get anything. He was very helpful in reprogramming our remotes and showing us how to do it as well as additional remotes in the future. My impression of A&E Door is outstanding after this service call. I appreciate their work and products!

We replaced steel entry door with Provia fiberglass door. Fit and finish are so much better than previous door. Sales and service by AE doors are excellent. I am a repeat customer and I am very satisfied with their products and personnel. I like their tag, "We sell the best and service the rest".

They did a good job, the did their best on the just but it wasn't been sucessful because of the eye hole that they can't install.

Excellently well. Tim was the sales person. He was on-time, open to questions and did not try to sell me something I did not really need. The installation went very well, too. The installer was on time and focused on our installation until it was complete. Old door and debris was all taken away. He assisted with programming the key pad and was also very open to answering questions.

They did an excellent job! Sales person was very professional on the phone -- explained different models, options, and price. Decided to go with LiftMaster brand. They showed up on time and replaced the garage door opener in about an hour.

AE door did an excellent job. I received a 20% discount off the new garage door. The garage door quality was excellent with metal panels and foam insulation inside. Inside my garage the temperature is now 20 degrees warmer than the outside temperature.The garage door opener is so quiet you can hardly hear it opening and closing. The installation technician arrived on time , removed the old garage door and related hardware and installed the new one in less than four hours. After the work was complete all debris was cleaned up and removed. The technician provided me with operation and programing instructions of the system. On a scale of 1 - 10, I give AE Door a perfect 10. I'm a happy customer, thanks AE Door!

I went to the showroom near Winton Woods to look at doors. A salesperson showed me examples there and was able to show me on a tablet what all the different windows and other styles would look like. The order came the day it was expected and the installation was 2 Days later. The installer was there as scheduled and completed as expected. My garage doors look great!

It went very well and is a beautiful door. The salesman, Tim Graham, was very professional and gave us a photo during his sales presentation of what our front entrance would look like when the job was finished. The removal of the old door and new installation by Lead Installer Tom and help from Installer Chuck went very well and the work area was very clean when they left our house. We were very impressed with the quality of their work and the timeliness of the job completion.

The process went well and I love the door. When installed it did not have the agreed upon mail slot which then had to be ordered. It took about 2.5 weeks but once corrected the door is everything I need it to be and I'm very pleased with the improvement to our entry.

The young man who did the job was very professional, new what he was doing. I have used AE door overly the years. They are very reliable, and do great work. I would Hooghly recommend them to anyone.

Too easy. Next time I can do it myself

I called AE and left a voicemail (this was early evening on a Friday). I quickly heard back and arranged for service the next morning. As an aside, they offered to do the work that evening as "emergency service" for an additional fee; I declined, but I think it's great that they offer that. Billy (the technician) was excellent. He called as he was on his way, arrived on time, and was very professional. He installed a new spring and adjusted/tested the door in about 40 minutes. He even did a quick check and adjustment on my other (non-broken) door. I had many questions throughout the process, and he thoughtfully answered them all. A great experience - I'll definitely consider them for future door/opener replacement.

Perfect. AE has a nice showroom that allowed us to decide what we wanted. The ordering and installation process went smoothly and per the schedule that AE had estimated. The new door looks great.

The doors were real nice. I wasn?t real thrilled with the customer service. The price was kind of up there. They don?t make the doors. I think the doors are okay. I had a problem with one, so they kind of argued with me about it a little bit. That?s why I wasn?t thrilled with them, but we resolved the issue. They?re pretty punctual. I would have to really think about using them again, maybe! I might look around. One door had something coming out of the middle, one of the slats. It was like adhesive or something that was coming out. I wanted them to replace the door, fix it or do something. They said they would be there to do it and then they couldn?t do it because it was too cold. I don?t know, they were giving me a hard time. If I had been the owner of that company, I would have just gotten a new door for that, for me. Customers are always right! I called and argued with the lady about it. Finally, she said, ?well, it doesn?t sound like anything would make you happy!? Which I did not need to hear that. I should have told them to come and take all the doors out.

The service call was $75 and we had a part that we paid extra for. They came in a timely manner.
