"We had An exceptional experience with Remark. From the beginning - Chris was very responsive, professional and transparent about the work and pricing. Once the projects started, Jeff and the guys were great. Communication and collaboration every step of the way throughout the project. We utilized Remark for 4 projects which were complete over the course of 12 weeks; basement finishing, bathroom remodel, fireplace wall feature and stair rail spindle replacement. We were extremely pleased with each project. So often you hear the horror stories of contracting companies who will start a job and leave for an extended period of time before they come back. Throughout the 4 projects, there was work being done every week - and just about every day. I would highly recommend Remark for any remodel needs and we will definitely be utilizing them in the future for any other projects.

"Our house built in 1912 was struck by lightning, which resulted in a major house fire. We chose Platinum as the restoration contractor, after talking to about 10 other contractors, and we are glad we did. They managed the difficult insurance restoration estimate process well, including 6+ months of insurance company delays, as the insurance company tried to minimize the size of the claim. They were masters at dealing with the insurance company to get enough money to properly restore our 100+ year old house to its original condition. The restoration work included remediation of smoke and water damage, a complete gut interior remodel, complete tear off and replacement of the third floor (where the fire started), replacement of the electrical and mechanical systems, etc. You would never know that a major fire had occurred, after their work. In addition, they did extensive remodeling following architect and designer plans, including removing two walls on the first floor to give a modern open concept layout, addition of two bathrooms and a laundry room, reconfiguration of the master bedroom and bathroom space, and another bathroom, etc. They have added significant value to our house. Dave Okum and Bob Mardis were personally involved with our project every step of the way. They worked well with the insurance company, architect, designer and other contractors. They were on site managing the work of subcontractors most days, and did some work themselves to keep things on track.. They are rare contractors that are honest and try to do the right thing, along with quality work. Some things invariably didn't go as planned or as intended for such a large and complicated project, but Dave and Bob tried their best to make things right. In short, we highly recommend Platinum Restoration.

"Would highly recommend Valentino. They provided me an estimate earlier in the year to replace A/C and Furnace since it is 20 years old and I knew it wouldn't last much longer. We originally had it scheduled to replace in mid March then with the Pandemic my wife felt better if we put it off rather than have people in the home, so I figured we can wait until next year. Sure enough in August the A/C went out so I called them on the weekend to schedule the install. Tony sent out a technician same day to add some refrigerant as a temporary fix so we can have some cool air for a few days before they did the install (didn't even charge me). The installation crew did a great job, and were very professional. I also had Valentino do some minor electrical work earlier in the year and it was also a great experience.
