"You learn a lot about a company when a cliche occurs. Our asphalt was broken which we did not expect and our electric fence was cut as they were excavating. Subject came to evaluate and quick fixes were done . "Overall, we had a great experience. The waterproofing job was great and works perfectly. The only downsides to our job were: 1) they were suppose to seal off the things in our basement so they didn't get dusty - the seal job wasn't good though so we are still cleaning everything off as we have time weeks later. 2) they were supposed to cosmetically fix some cracks, but it looks sloppy. They just took a caulk gun to it... In our consultation, they had mentioned they would do this pretty, smooth coating thing, which was not done. 3) they did not clean up well. Our floors had dirt all over them when they left and I had to sweep/mop myself. While the above things were annoying, the important parts of the job (the actual waterproofing) were great and look and work perfectly. So I would still give them an A.

"This project was to stabilize a bowed foundation wall with a horizontal shear as is common with old bank barns. The anchor system that Jason recommended is a great solution without having to separate the barn structure from the foundation and then tear out and rebuild. He and his team provided excellent service. They were consistently on time, communicated well, and completed the job as expected. Every project will vary in cost due to the unique conditions but I checked a few options and Healthy Basement Concepts provided good value for the solution and services provided.

"Highly HIGHLY recommend! They came out and fixed a basement leak in the corner, AND installed 7 i-beams to stop by basement wall from moving in. All within 4 hours! They also went above and beyond to make sure we could finish the basement wall they fixed. Ensuring bolts weren't too long to get in the way of future dry wall. And ensuring they were spaced out away from where studs would go. And some how they were able to install the beams around existing pipes/electrical, I really thought we'd have to cut/move some things around.
