"When I left for work on Friday, 12/22 my garage door broke as I was leaving. Once I got to work I looked for a repair company thinking my chances were slim to find availability before Christmas on Monday. I found Quality Door online via yellowpages, reviewed on Angie's List and contacted them. Jeremy answered and offered to squeeze me into his schedule that evening between 3-5 pm. He contacted me shortly before 3 and advised he would be there in 15 minutes. He quickly identified the problem, provided a reasonable estimate and got to work. Jeremy was polite, professional, timely and knowledgeable. The work was completed in less than an hour. I highly recommend Quality Door and will absolutely use this company for all future garage door needs. Without a doubt I will recommend Jeremy to anyone in need of this service.

"They really need more people. I spend a lot of time waiting around for help. I want to get my own door this time around. I think if you buy your own stuff a lot of times, you get better quality. In fact, I've been going to the same Home Depot for years and I think it's one of the best ones I've been in. They've always been helpful with me just about any problems I've had. I think they're better than Lowe's on price. Whenever I actually had to talk to anybody like getting an opinion or help, they've been pretty helpful. When you get a hold of somebody, they're usually pretty knowledgeable but a lot of times it's hard to get people. You have to stand there waiting at the department for a while before somebody gets to you. I've had them cut lumber for me and stuff and they've been really helpful.

"I hired TLS to finish my basement and add a small office and bathroom. Not only did it turn out beautifully, but Terry, Doug, and his crew were great every step of the way. They were very flexible in terms of scheduling around my work meetings and they kept me updated every step of the way. Also, something I really liked was how clean/neat Doug and his crew were. Everyday they would clean up the entire space and my house wasn't a mess while the project was taking place. I personally got many bids when scoping out my project. There were other companies that were going to charge me 2.5x what TLS did and the other companies explained they would offer a premium service. I honestly don't know how they could have offered me better service than TLS. I would definitely recommend TLS for any home improvement project that you have.

"Mansfield Contracting was excellent to work with. Luke was on time to meetings and he or his Lead would keep me informed or changes or delays. The work started when it was scheduled and the major work was completed quickly. Circumstances beyond the contractors control delayed the project a little but i was made aware of the issues right away. The project only had a few unforseen costs but that possibility was raised up front and cost were kept with in budget. Over all it was an excellent job.
