"This is the second time I have used this company. I had our roof replaced last July, 2018 and was pleased with the work. I called Jim again needing our gutters inspected, and he is very fast at getting back to you and getting estimates that we needed quick due to our house being under contract. After inspecting, we found out that our gutter was clogged and one had a broken strap that was causing the gutter to overflow causing the small leak in our basement. I definitely would recommend St. Louis Roofing & Renovation LLC.

"Dwayne provided the estimate. Very professional without high pressure tactics. A down payment was not required. We were sold on the Master Shield product based on our research. The estimate/presentation was informative, stress free and a deposit wasn't required so we decided not to seek additional estimates. The 2-day installation was started the next day. The installer was courteous. It went well and the clean up was complete. We have a large pin oak next to the house so it will take a full year to see how well the guards handle the debris. We haven't had a thunder storm yet either so we can't say how well the guards work.

"Vendor response was very good from start to finish. Work was scheduled a few weeks out and was pushed a week due to weather delaying their other jobs. Crew that came on site started a little late (10 am) so they finished late in the afternoon. They also mentioned that they were missing their trailer so they didn't have brooms, dustpans, etc to clean up so I had to give them mine to use. But overall their finish work was good quality and they left no mess behind! I would recommend the company in the future due to their competitive prices and good work.

"I requested a roof inspection to investigate a leak. Leak cause was determined, but the inspector also found unrelated hail damage. At inspector's suggestion, I successfully proceeded to obtain a roof replacement via insurance claim and upgraded the gutters. They were a great company to work with. Communication throughout the process could have been improved, but it was sufficient. I will use Signature Exteriors again, if needed.
