  The roof experience with Greenlight was amazing. Vincent was easy to work with and his follow up was impeccable. He explained everything in detail and answered questions and/or concerns we had. Payment was not due until materials were delivered. They arrived on time as scheduled and cleaned up each evening before they left. They responded right away, did a very thorough assessment and took time to answer all of my questions. They were patient while I compared their evaluation and price to other contractors. As soon as I made my decision, they appeared and completed the job quickly! There was no mess or debris left behind. I’ve waited six months to write this review so I could be more sure of the quality of the work. In that time I’ve gone through periods of high heat, torrential downpours and even a hail storm.   Overall Verdict: Very Knowledgeable and professional service with standardized pricing what is not necessarily the cheapest, but you clearly get the high quality that you pay for. Details: Called for a repair of a rotten section of deck in an overhang that had collapsed leading to a 18-inch hole (no leak inside the home, allowing it to go unnoticed), as well as a leak from a vent pipe. We contacted Precision Roof Crafters, and two other companies (receiving an on-site inspection and estimate and an over-the-phone estimate from the other two companies). Khaled arrived on time, in a marked company vehicle, and was very professional. Given the pandemic, he wore a mask the entire time he spoke to me, which was very much appreciated. He did an in-attic inspection and inspected both the areas of concern and the entire roof. A report with pictures were sent via email of everything found, and a quote was provided prior to leaving using a standardized order sheet displaying the standard pricing. After obtaining the other two quotes, Precision Roof Crafters was not the cheapest. They were very slightly higher than the over the phone estimate and a couple hundred dollars higher than the on-site estimate. However, unlike the other much cheaper company, Khaled clearly sounded like he knew what he was talking about and everything he said made sense (including the reason for the vent leak in the first place being due to the wrong vent covers for the particular pitch of roof, which became immediately apparent in the pictures he provided... the other company wanted to just re-caulk them). Because of the excellent expertise and service, we decided to go with the Precision Roof Crafters over the other options. What went well: - On-time arrival - Knowledgeable and professional service as stated above - Before both the inspection and the actual repair, I received and email indicating who was coming along with their picture (great for safety!) - Detailed report with pictures provided on the evening of the inspection - Quote provided on a pre-printed standardized pricing calculation sheet (other quotes looked like they could've been just as easily been made-up on the spot) - Quote was available the same day! - More damage to the deck was found than expected during the actual repair, yet company stood by their quote!!! What could've gone better? - Initial price could've been on par with other companies - however, the fact that they stood by their quote when additional damage was later found, somewhat negates this - Repair occurred 6 days week after agreeing to price and repair, which is a little longer than expected. (however, it rained 3 of those days, which partially justified this, and we did not have any leaking inside the house, and were thus able to wait)

  We could not have found a better company. Work was done in February 2019. Workers were prompt and courteous. They cleaned things up at the end of each day. They came early and stayed as late as necessary to finish whatever they were working on and pickup as needed. Sometimes there were 10-15 or more people working. We do not have one single complaint. Top quality products were used. We got the upgraded roof. It took them about a week to get everything done. They even painted our new garage door. Price was competitive with the other estimate we got from a contractor with mediocre reviews. We would definitely use them again and have recommended them to friends and family. We selected this company based on Angie’s List reviews

  We recently inherited a 20 year old mobile home that needed a complete roof replacement. My husband contacted Steve Saxon for a free estimate and not only was he fast and efficient but he beat out the competition by almost half! We were already under contract on selling our current home and were spending our savings on renovating the mobile home so by the time we realized we needed a full roof replacement we were cash poor. Steve, amazingly, let us pay for half of the roof repair up front and suggested that we pay him the rest when we closed on our home. I was floored. Not only were we able to put a new roof on and protect all the hard work we had already sunk into the project but he was so empathetic of our situation and more than willing to work with us financially. Additionally, his crew came on the day that they were scheduled and completed the job in one day (which was an amazing feat considering the home is 2400 square feet and the roof had 13 major leaks that required 13 new sheets of plywood). Aaaand they cleaned up the job site when they were done. After dealing with so many lazy subcontractors and laborers who sometimes never bothered to show up we were so pleasantly blessed by Steve Saxons professional service and work ethic. I will recommend Saxon Roofing to anyone who needs any roofing or other construction work done. It was an extreme pleasure to do business with Steve and I hope we can work with him again
