  First of all I want to say this was the easiest experience I have had EVER with a contractor Marco was so easy to get along with that made the process wonderfull he had so many different ideas that I had never thought of I had gotten 4 bids from other contractors but what set him apart was the fact that he had ideas and suggestions he showed me pictures never rushed me and I felt very comfortable with him I usually don't like people working at my house when I am not there but after our first interaction I knew I could trust him he was always polite and anytime I had a question he would answer it and I know I can be a pain but he was always willing to make changes on my be half also without nickel and diming me the whole way through I couldn't be happier the way things turned out and I would HIGHLY recommend him to my friends and family!!! Thank you Marco for the work and excellent experience I had

  Contacted GCR after being swindled from a previous General Contractor. Met with Keith and discussed what was needed to put my house back into livable condition. Keith gave me a very reasonable estimate & contract was signed. Work was begun on schedule & progressed as stated. The people he had working for him were very helpful, answered my questions & completed the tasks in a very professional manner. Jose & Adreana preformed excellent work, all strived to get my house completed to my expectations. Keith also answered my many questions & took prompt care of minor changes that popped up. The work was completed as quoted, or as close as possible due to my few changes. Am very pleased with the quality work on all aspects of the job that GCR did and their commitment to getting my house back to livable condition. The time & effort from Gulf Coast Renovations persons was superior & I would definitely hire them in the future. I cannot THANK Keith, Jose & Adreana enough for a Perfect Remodel on my House.   Ever and team performed outstanding, high-quality work. Job required a 10-hour day, and they worked all the way until the job was done. At first, the exterior rotten wood was removed, and wood rot was so extensive on the bottom beam, the windows needed to be removed. (The aluminum energy windows are expensive dual-pane with argon gas, and they were very careful removing them). After removing the windows, they replaced all interior and exterior wood trim with new high-grade pine, and treated wood where required. New window sills were also installed, as well as all interior molding. Insulation foam was sprayed in any air gaps between sheet rock and wood. Some sheet rock below a window was also damaged, so they replaced it and sprayed "mud" to match the texture of the interior wall paint. Ever and team used my exterior latex paint (Valspar-Supreme) and my interior oil (Sherwin-WIlliams), since I always use oil paint on interior window trim and sills. Overall, very satisfied, since the work quality is so high, and I know the totally replaced interior/exterior woodwork around the windows with new caulking/paint is better than "new construction." The job was essentially historic home restoration. Ever and team also does kitchens, bathrooms, floors, custom bookshelves, etc

  The job went great. Quality Roofing was very responsive and evaluated potential root causes of the leak. They kept the scope of the work defined to the problem area (chimney) and did not try to “big job” the leak and say I needed a whole new roof. I tested the repairs with a water hose and it looks like the repair solved the problem.

  It was a very good experience, start to finish. The salesman (Aleck) was very knowledgeable and helpful with the design. Most importantly, he listened to what we had to say and designed the porch we wanted, and then was responsive to changes we requested along the way. The crew who did the work (Ramero et.al) were outstanding. They were experts at their craft as well as respectful and responsive to our modification requests. The final product was awesome and we could not be more pleased. Both on-time and on-budget in spite of unplanned modification requests. The neighbors have complimented us on how good it looks and having worked as a carpenter, I have the added benefit of knowing it was done right. I will absolutely use All-Tex for my next project
