George showed up on time and started to assess the wiring of the fan (included was a remote control module for use by a remote) and started making the necessary adjustments. Once everything was hooked up, asked me to turn on the circuit breaker and test the system with the remote. Everything worked like a charm and the price was very reasonable since it was short notice. I was having problems attempting to wire and hang a new ceiling fan. George was able to stop by, on short notice, and to wire the electrical parts of the fan (wasn't comfortable doing it myself).

They did sheetrock work on a fairly large hole and the finished product was the best we've ever seen. We still have jobs pending with them...roof, sheetrock repairs, painting and gutters. It is so nice to not have to worry about their finished product! They were on time and clean up was excellent. Great guys all around.

As always, they did a really great job. Action Residential Services mainly does closing repairs and listing make-ready repairs by referral through Realtors, although they also do work for customers not involved in a real estate transaction. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
I most recently coordinated a project for a client (I'm a residential Realtor) where Action Residential Services repaired a minor roof leak, did cosmetic sheetrock repairs, touch-up painted throughout the interior of the home, and touch-up painted the exterior of the home, all as make-ready work on a high-end residential real estate listing. They also cleaned and sealed travertine tile where there had been some staining.

Action Residential Services was recommended by a realtor to prepare the interior of my house so that it could be listed For Sale. There were several areas were small cracks were appearing as a result of settling; there were areas where the tape was beginning to wrinkle and needed to be replaced and repainted. Basic touching up and painting on the inside and outside of the house.
