Recent Review: I have been working with Phil Ebner for a couple of years, until the insurance company finally approved a new roof. Phil is extremely professional and courteous. The team took two days to complete due to rain, but when complete it looks magnificent. The roof really stands out with nice craftmanship and detail. Recent Review: Exceptionally well. The Precision people perform with, well, precision. They are on time, uniformed, communicative, and responsive. They also take pictures throughout and send a link afterwards with photos of the project. For me that's not a gimmick but a testament to the crafstmanship; they are not afraid to show you exactly what they are doing. I at least never think about getting up on the roof and into the rafters to see what's what, and probably wouldn't know what I was looking at if I did. But when I saw my roof before, during and after, I have a better understanding of how it's built, and how much better it now performs. Pre-project they answered all my questions, and mid-project they continued to do so, explaining the art and science of venting, materials selection and construction techinques. They would just do the job and leave if that's what you wanted, but if you want to know about every screw and fastener and piece of material (like I do) they will tell you all about that too as part of the project, not like you're annoying them with impertinent questions. They even called afterwards to see if I was happy with everything, and that takes conviction in the quality. It was expensive but I still gave them an A for price, because 1) c'mon man it's the roof (and the work was done one week pre-Harvey and THERE WERE NO LEAKS); and 2) I got what I paid for.

Recent Review: I had an unusual request from my insurance company to get a form filled out that required a roofer to verify installation of a metal roof as well as its UL 2218 rating. I called several roofing companies in the area, and most were reluctant to help me because they hadn't done it before. I spoke with James, and he was reasonable, easy to talk to, and was willing to do the unusual task. He also charged a fair price when it was complete. I will definitely consider him if I have more involved roof work that needs to be done in the future.

Recent Review: Carlos and team quickly responded to initial request for a roof repair. During the work, they noticed we had hail damage, and helped us through the process of working with the insurance company and replacing the entire roof. The entire team was careful with the exterior of our home and yard while they were replacing the roof. They worked quickly and had the job done in the estimated timeframe. And did an excellent job of clean up I would highly recommend using Sugarland Premier Roofing for any roof repair or replacement. Very professional and friendly.

Recent Review: I noticed a stain on my ceiling under the roof pitch so I asked neighbors for roofer recommendations. One neighbor highly recommended Advanced, so I called them. They were able to schedule the work quickly and did the entire roof in one day. They cleaned up thoroughly - I never found any nails in the lawn or garden. They replaced my shingle roof with another shingle roof, along with roof vents instead of those big rotating mushroom things (yay, no moving parts!). My roof has held up well and still looks great. They did a good job blending the flashing with my paint color, so you can't even tell I had a new roof put on. I was impressed with them and their work, and I've since used them for windows. Very much recommended.
