Dimond Plumbing & Heating Co
5.0
This is the fourth time we've used Dimond and again the fourth time we've been very pleased with their service. They were out a year ago to repair the old water heater in our newly purchased home. They did a great job and kept that decrepid old thing chugging along for us until we were able to afford to replace it. The second and third visits were to replace the toilets in both our bathrooms. The new ones are beautiful work perfectly. This fourth service call was to remove one of the old bathroom vanities and install the new one along with all plumbing fixes for a new sink. The job was done to our satisfaction and the new vanity looks and functions beautifully! We will continue to call on Mike and Kip at Dimond Plumbing for all our plumbing and heating needs!

Raygoza Construction
5.0
Mr. Raygoza responded to my initial call right away (within a few hours). We arranged an appointment for him to look at the job, and her arrived exactly on time. I especially appreciated that he was clean and dressed for the work. He was polite and wore booties so as not to dirty the floor. After discussing the work, we arranged a date. Mr. Raygoza arrived on the arrange date exactly on time and began working immediately after he entered the house. We agreed that I would pay him by the hour, and he did not waste a minute. He kept his work space clean at all times, and he stopped and asked for my direction for all decisions. I hired Mr Raygoza for another job and had the same experience. I will definitely be hiring Raygoza Construction in the near future - in fact, as soon as he is available again.

Cosentino’s All About Home Repairs

Alberto was professional, punctual, and very accommodating to our schedule. We had a list of things we wanted done around the house, and Alberto was able to complete each project in excellent time. Although some projects proved to be more complicated than originally anticipated, Alberto was able to give us exactly what we wanted. The quality of his work is superb. We were very pleased with his eye for detail, and he left every work space in a better condition than when he found it. We will call him again for future home improvement projects.

Tim Jackson

Tim was very responsive via email and made it easy to schedule the work. He showed up on time and worked very efficiently and neatly. He brought all needed tools, including drop cloth to protect floors and vacuum to control sawdust, etc. Installation of vanity was a bit tricky as we had to work around odd existing plumbing, but Tim did a great job making it work by cutting access holes in vanity to accommodate pipes and adding trim/backsplash to cover odd gaps due to pre-existing configuration. Tim and his assistant Mario worked through our 5-item task list efficiently and everything was done very professionally to high standard. Tim also had advice on other service vendors if we wanted to do some related follow-on work. All in all a very positive experience.

TRIANGLE PLUMBING
4.0
THE PLUMBING ITSELF WAS FINE (PASSED INSPECTION WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM). THE PRICE SEEMED GOOD. WE CHATTED WITH PAST CUSTOMERS WHO WERE SATISFIED BEFORE WE AGREED TO THE WORK. WE WERE SURPRISED, HOWEVER, THAT THE PIPES COME UP IN THE KITCHEN CABINET AND THE BATHROOM VANITY, NOT IN THE WALL. THE AGREEMENT DOES SAY, IE, 'BRING NEW COPPER INTO KITCHEN CABINET' SO WE CAN HARDLY ARGUE. BUT WE WERE SURPRISED IT WASN'T UP IN THE WALL AND THEN BROUGHT INTO THE CABINETS FROM THE BACK. IF WE EVER REPLACE THE CABINETS, WE'LL HAVE TO HAVE THE PLUMBING MOVED.

We first had Nahman Plumbing come out to the house when we noticed water damage around our toilet. Stanley took out the toilet & noticed that a previous plumber had never compressed the wax seal. He fixed the toilet. We then had him flush our pipes. He was thorough, professional & left the bathroom spotless. We were very impressed & had them come back to give us estimates on future projects. It was an A+ appointment. Another plumber came out to give us an estimate & we decided to hire them to move the placement of the vanity, move an electrical outlet & remove then reinstall the toilet. We arranged for them to come in on June !st to do the first part of the job. They showed up on time. I showed them the vanity to be installed. They took out the toilet. & moved the pipes & the outlet. The walls were beautifully finished. Everything was going very smoothly. When talking to them is seemed that they would rather come back on Friday to reinstall the toilet & vanity. I had planned on them coming on Saturday but I moved up the flooring installation to wed & had our contractor & security system appt on Friday morning so they could have the space on Friday afternoon. We got a confirmation call for Friday & thought we were all set. Friday were were waiting for them to show up & we got a confirmation call that they would be there on Saturday. We were confused but what could we do. Saturday the plumber showed up at 9. It was someone different than the plumber who had worked on the bathroom earlier. I showed him the vanity. The vanity looks like a freestanding dresser & sits on a platform with legs. I walk into the bathroom & he is trying to attach the platform to the vanity with out removing the blocks of wood that were on the bottom to protect it during shipping. I explained that you have to take those blocks off. The vanity is put together. He then comes out to tell me that the pipes were installed to low & that they would have to go back into the wall. The vanity had been sitting there unpacked when they were on June 1st. I am not sure why it wasn't measured correctly. Finally the pipes were fixed. it was now 4:30. I look at the vanity & the vanity is not centered under the sink. I had him remove the caulk & recenter the sink. Finally I had to have him clean up around the knob where there was lots of caulk. I had originally been told they would be done at noon & they weren't gone until 5:30. I wrote to the owner to give him feedback. The plumbers said the problem arose because the drawer wasn't originally installed. This is untrue since the vanity was complete when we picked it up - the only thing that needed to be added were the legs. It did bother me that it was thought to be a communication issue & not an error on their part It is unfortunate that this happened because they would have gotten an A+ rating up until the final day. I would probably hire them for basic plumbing that is not visible but not sure if the work was going to be visible. At least the bathroom looks great.

Everlast Construction
5.0
My fiance and I recently purchased our first home and had plans to do some cosmetic upgrades to the flooring, kitchen, and master bathroom. We were unable to get any recommendations on a contractor to use so we relied heavily on Yelp to find one that would be able to meet our needs. We were so pleased with the quality of work, that after everything was completed, my fiance asked the project manager for another estimate to upgrade our single master bathroom sink to dual sinks. Turns out, we had leftover quartz from our kitchen counter tops and we were given a price we couldn't resist to upgrade our entire bathroom vanity! Not only were they right about making the process enjoyable, they delivered everything as PROMISED. I would recommend Everlast to anyone that is looking for quality, customer service, and a fun home renovation experience.

Recent Review: The plumber called prior to the time of our appointment to offer an EARLIER (yay!) time. He arrived on time (the earlier time!) and did all the work efficiently and effectively. He had a professional demeanor throughout. Plumbing repairs in an old house are always a voyage of discovery! The plumber worked well with the homeowner (me) to make the best decisions about the work as we went through the 'discovery process' together.

Recent Review: The only category I marked down very slightly is price because they are more expensive than some other contractors out there. Despite the price grade, I would definitely use them again because you get what you pay for and these guys are highly professional. Just don't expect it to be priced cheap or at a bargain. These are legit professionals who can charge accordingly. The project was not without the usual slight hiccups but I didn't mark the review down based on that because I believe Ronan Agnew, the project manager, handled things seamlessly. Manuel, who did the carpentry work, is incredible at his job and has a fantastic attitude. I'm generally a type A perfectionist and he didn't hesitate to make sure he got things exactly right for me. We did experience issues with painting, but Ronan made sure things were corrected immediately. Overall, we're very pleased with the improvements and enjoying the upgrades we made. Thanks Mulhall Construction!

Recent Review: Mr. Navarro is a master handyman. I was repeatedly amazed with the range of his skills and capabilities. From installing appliances, doing the carpentry to modify a vanity, installing vanities with tricky plumbing, electrical work, fireplace insert installation and much more - Mr. Navarro can do it all. The quality of his work is outstanding. He completed the work with time to spare. All done in his quiet, unassuming and gracious manner. He is truly a handy gentleman. I have requested Mr. Navarro's services since and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend Mr. Navarro.
