    SOD Home Group completed a major remodel and home addition project for us. We interviewed a few other contractors, but SOD stood out because of their fair pricing, confidence and professionalism. We interviewed two other home owners who had used SOD in the past and they had great things to say about Oren and his group. They transformed our ageing 1600 sq.ft. home into an amazing 2900 sq. ft. that is absolutely breathtaking. Since this was our dream home being built, we were very involved in selecting materials for the project and the SOD team was very accommodating. They also worked well with other contractors like HVAC, fire sprinkler and sidewalk. They executed the job to perfection while coordinating with the city for inspections. They did a great job with everything from the laying of the new foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing. The best part was that they did an excellent job of finishing including flooring, painting, etc. They were very responsive to fixing minor touch-ups even after we had moved in. I would whole heartedly recommend SOD

    We hired HomeTech to do an extensive home remodel in our recently purchased house in Los Altos. They took house down to the studs, reinforced foundation, reconfigured layout and build additional 700sf . This was our first remodel and we were looking for a company who would be willing to take the time to answer our questions and help us from the beginning and through the project. Moses and his team are amazing and we couldn't be happier with our new home! The HomeTech Design Team created a beautiful custom design, helped us choosing all the fixtures and finishes and most importantly , they had lots of patience with our changes and answered all the questions we had. They helped us with permits and of course complete the build of our amazing new home. There are always issues that come up with a remodel or building a house and this is where Moses and his crew really shine. They will help you through any difficulties. HomeTech service is top notch!     We highly recommend SOD Home Group for any large construction project. After finishing my excellent research about them, we hired them to make some significantly large repairs to our home. Oren was very up front about what needed to be done, and he listened to our concerns and ideas of what we need and want and then came up with a super detailed plan of what needed to be done. We found Oren as a very honest, professional, easy to work with person, competent, and extremely knowledgeable about his trades. Oren was present and working with his teams almost all the time they were present. Oren always answered his phone right away whenever we had questions (and believe us we had so many questions and comments). Our repairs and construction job required expertise in many aspects of construction at our home. From framing, waterproofing, stucco, structural repairs, tile work, drywall painting etc. all of which got done in a great and timely manner. We do a lot of our own repairs , and have had many contractors doing projects too, but we found SOD Home Group to be by far the best construction company we have ever seen or worked with. Their prices are fair, their work is excellent, on time, clean and the quality is fantastic. Oren is knowledgeable about whatever he is working on and always kept me updated on whatever aspect of the job he was working on. A wonderful person to work with. If you want a job completed with no stress and the assurance you are getting it done right, then we feel strongly that SOD Home Group is the one to call

    We worked with New Key Construction to remodel our backyard workshop and transform it into a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom ADU for my parents to retire and live in. New Key did an absolute outstanding job and we are so happy we chose them for one of the largest investments we've ever made. - Quality Work - Reggie and his team do quality work; they do not cut corners, and they will always lean to do things the right way that is safe, compliant, and functional. You can feel the quality when you walk around; there is a meticulousness to the work that is hard to find anywhere else. - Project Planning - We were assigned a project manager and a foreman who kept us updated very frequently on the state of construction. The work was completed on-time if you account for the realities of construction which were largely due to supply delays and/or the occasional coordinate of some competing work. To convert a workshop (where we literally stripped it down) to a livable, high-quality ADU in 5 months is impressive! Also, they showed up on-time every day and if they were going to be late (or not come), we would be told. - Culture - Everyone that works at New Key Construction was a pleasure to work with; they hire people who care about the work they are doing and make an effort to get to know you. We could tell the employees enjoyed working at New Key, and it shows in the work. We looked at several companies before choosing New Key. I wholeheartedly will say it was worth it - you get quality work, quality communication, a 10-year warranty, and people who legitimately care about you and your home. You won't regret it

    We evaluated 12 contractors for our project and selected Brother and Brother. They were not the least expensive (in the top 4) of total cost, but their gallery photos, ratings, and reputation was unexcelled, in our evaluation. Brother and Brother did a marvelous job updating our home. We initially had a limited scope of work to update a couple of rooms. After seeing their portfolio and discussing ideas, we decided to update our entire home. We really couldn’t be happier. Our project manager, Daniel, was super responsive. As we went through our project, he kept in contact and was always available quickly to discuss ideas and needed changes. The construction team had incredible, high-quality execution – super quality work throughout with excellent attention to detail. The team achieved our timeline exactly for completion – even though they had to work extra hard because of additional items we wanted to add to the project. And everything was done right and for the price we agreed upon. We haven’t had to call to address any issue or problem. They did it right the first time. And of course, it is beautiful. If you are looking at their galleries of photos and projects, you can have confidence that yours will look that nice too. We have some more work in mind in the future and we will no doubt work with Brother and Brother again

    We renovated on the middle of COVID but it went surprisingly well. The crew worked quickly, wore masks, and Nathan, our project manager, is REALLY good. He visited the site nearly every day and sometimes multiple times a day and really knows his stuff.     I wish this rating and review system was more extensive than it is because I would surely give ten stars. Genesis builders outdid themselves here, they went from remodeling our bathrooms and then to the backyard and then adding solar panels, and all through the remodeling period, I couldn’t find one complaint or a sore thumb. The quality of their craftsmanship is unrivaled, any who visits my home now is always commenting about the new look and how beautiful it is. The backyard itself is a delight to behold.     We hired HomeTech Construction & Design to rebuild my grandmother’s old house . We started all process at the end of 2018 and just moved in to our brand new 3000 SF house a couple of weeks ago. We loved creativity of their architect and designer , their patience and professionalism, advices before the construction and throughout the all project . We appreciated the transparency of our project manager Moses and him, trying to manage our expectations, wishes and at the same time work with our budget. The planning, design process, shopping and choosing finished was the “fun part” after we finally decided on all the layouts / floorplans, then there was a little wait for engineer to work on his part of the plans and of course, for the city to approve the plans. Once the contraction started things were moving fairly quickly and the project was completed before projected completion time ( which did not look like it at the beginning ) The team was efficient and well-managed and has made the entire process very smooth. Throughout last couple of years there were ups and downs , nothing can be always perfect BUT after all, we live in this beautiful 5 bedrooms 3.5baths house and we are very thankful to HomeTech team for building us our dream home. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family for their projects

    This Company completed a significant remodel and upgrade to our kitchen, mudroom and first floor bathroom. We had some initial plans when we met them, but Oren quickly pointed out we'd be doing a lot of work and still end up with a small kitchen. They suggested taking out a load bearing wall, which we never had considered, and the end product is amazing. Their ideas and experience came into play whenever we were unsure and it ended up being a big project with great results. All staff and contractors were top notch

    I have to highly recommend IMD home design. As every home owner knows, looking to do a big job is so stressful. Comparing companies, prices and wanting to go with the best person in the industry. I can certainly tell you I found THE best. From the beginning, I was skeptical about letting people into my house. I wanted a brand new kitchen and an addition on my dining room.     We completed a full master bathroom plus master closet remodel with Brother & Brother Builders in March 2020. Ido, the project manager, and the crew, Ricardo and Ismael, performed excellent work at transforming our bathroom from an awkward and dated 1960s layout to a modern, beautiful masterpiece. Selection Process: We interviewed eight contractors for our master bathroom remodel. We chose Brother & Brother Builders for a variety of reasons. Ido, the project manager, spent a reasonable amount of time with us to understand the scope of the project, including asking questions and offering new insights to challenges. He provided us with a quote of the project cost before even leaving our house. The written quote included an appropriate level of detail about what the project would entail. The price seemed reasonable compared to the other quotes we had received. We felt comfortable talking with Ido. He was not overly pushy to close the sale. Brother & Brother followed up on multiple occasions regarding our interest in pursuing the work further. Before/Design Process: This is our first home and our first major remodel. We were, understandably, nervous. Brother & Brother provided design service through one of their project managers, Roi. Roi provided some valuable suggestions to the design process when he came to our home. He provided nice 3-D images of what our remodeled space might look like. As we were still unsure as to colors/styles/etc., the images gave us a good idea of what the finished layout would be, if not much about how it would actually look when it was done. In retrospect, we would have benefited from hiring an interior designer to help us walk through the process of style/color/tile selection. We spent a considerable amount of time trying to decide colors and styles. Hiring a trained designer would have saved time and stress overall. Construction: The renovation, from start to finish, was seven weeks, not including installation of the shower glass enclosure. The last two weeks of the renovation were during the first two weeks of the COVID-19 shelter in place restrictions. The initial timeline was 5-6 weeks. With consideration of the COVID epidemic, we were very pleased that the project was completed so close to the initial timeline. We communicated with Ido nearly every day via Whats App. He came to the house only a few times during the process -- mainly during inspections or to collect payment -- but, he was available via Whats App at any time. Ido provided valuable help finding us a vanity and countertop through his contacts. He provided some excellent suggestions at going with a more streamlined look that we are glad for now. He also provided encouragement and pushed us toward making decisions in a timely manner, all of which was needed and appreciated. We enjoyed working with him throughout the whole process. Ricardo and Ismael, the on-site crew, were wonderful to work with. Every day, they cleaned up the bathroom/bedroom work area, as well as their work areas on the side of the house. There was very little extra to clean up when the renovation was complete. They were extremely respectful in their interactions with our family, as well as being in our home every day. Ricardo, the lead contractor, checked in with us every step of the way to confirm what we wanted and needed. Ricardo had a great attitude throughout the entire process -- positive and willing to make changes or go above and beyond. At one point, he realized that we might need to order more tile for the shower wall, which would have been challenging regardless of the global pandemic, but even more challenging with it. He managed to find enough pieces in the remnant tile to complete the entire shower and no one would be the wiser looking at it -- a puzzle masterpiece. Completion: We are extremely happy with the finished product! We feel that the overall quality of the work is excellent. We highly recommend Brother & Brother Builders and would hire them again
