    SOD Home Group completed a major remodel and home addition project for us. We interviewed a few other contractors, but SOD stood out because of their fair pricing, confidence and professionalism. We interviewed two other home owners who had used SOD in the past and they had great things to say about Oren and his group. They transformed our ageing 1600 sq.ft. home into an amazing 2900 sq. ft. that is absolutely breathtaking. Since this was our dream home being built, we were very involved in selecting materials for the project and the SOD team was very accommodating. They also worked well with other contractors like HVAC, fire sprinkler and sidewalk. They executed the job to perfection while coordinating with the city for inspections. They did a great job with everything from the laying of the new foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing. The best part was that they did an excellent job of finishing including flooring, painting, etc. They were very responsive to fixing minor touch-ups even after we had moved in.     Rocco and Black Diamond did a fabulous job on my backyard patio. It was a pretty big project with some complexities such as figuring out how to install appropriate steps for the doorways. The pavers were all very professionally laid and when I pointed out that a couple were scratched, they were immediately replaced. The guys laying the pavers really worked hard. Working in the backyard required using a Bobcat, necessitating taking down a fence and resulting in breaking a couple of sprinklers. But, the fence was put back in place and the sprinklers were repaired without any problem. Equally important when the job was finished, everything was very nicely cleaned-up. I highly recommend Rocco and Black Diamond and wouldn't hesitate to use them again

    It took a while for them to get started, due, at least in part, to the pandemic, but once they started the project they were great. The crew were prompt, professional, and friendly. Jeremy, Chan, & Miguel were always extremely patient in answering all of my questions and and responded quickly to resolve any concerns I had. I was sure, I would lose some of my long term plants near where the trench for the drain had to be dug, but in all but one, unavoidable, instance they were careful to leave them undisturbed. If one can call a french drain beautiful, mine is beautiful. We had a massive atmospheric river pass through this area right after the project was finished and the french drain worked like a charm -- not one drop of moisture under the house. In addition, the All Seasons crew often went above & beyond what was expected, rebuilding some steps & shoring up part of my old deck. I'm very pleased with the job they did and would hire them again

    SIX Star Service - a modern landscaping company Fernando and Irvin are responsive, timely and highly communicative. I had a roughly $30k job across many weeks with both landscape and extensive hardscaping requests. I couldn’t be more thrilled to have found these guys. Fernando was quick to estimate, send over digital (SMS and email) estimates, invoicing, etc. Making transparency a breeze! They have a lot of resources and a big network of subcontractors to lend a hand across pretty much any job. They have access to exclusive wholesale nurseries in the Bay Area and met all my requests precisely. Fernando also spent extra time with me after each day to make adjustments and game plan new additions and pushed back on ideas that didn’t make sense. Also, I forgot some services were included in a previous quote - they could have easily double charged me - but pointed out that all was included already. They built a lot of trust with me and can’t wait to use these guys again and recommend them to anyone in the East Bay and beyond

    I highly recommend Oren SOD Home Group! He is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions (and more) , very professional, and responsive. Oren spent over 5 hours during our first meeting showing me all the possibilities that can be done to my house (kitchen, bathrooms, livingroom, dinning room and all the rest of the house), if you know little about all the little details about remodeling your home (like I do), Oren will definitely explain it to you in terms that you will completely understand and turns your ideas into this beautiful 3D design. Oren also had awesome ideas and recommendations on how to attain your dream home. He knows house histories, and why houses were built in a certain way! He is unlike any other contractor that will just throw out random price of how much the renovation could cost you without showing you hard proof. I am a visual learner, so when he made this amazing 3D design using the exact measurement of my house, he by far blown my mind with his experience and knowledge. It is still holding up with many feet and cars going over it every day.&nbsp; <br /> However , there were issues in the area of making contact. When I first called them it took a second call&nbsp; week later to get someone to call me back. Problems with contact continued to crop up as the project moved on , BUT some of those were because we had to schedule Assoc Builders work around a tree pruner. That company had contact issues as well. So getting the 2 companies on scene at the right times was a bit difficult . <br /> Overall , all went well and I will probably call them in the future <br /
