  We highly recommend Gold Standard Termite and Pest, Inc. Jameson came out to do the inspection and his extensive knowledge and careful explanations immediately put us at ease. We were told by another company that we COULDN'T have subterranean termites because we have a slab foundation. We have an Eichler. Jameson's very thorough inspection discovered that we, indeed, have subterranean termites. We chose to do a local treatment because the drywood termites were in the beams and it appeared that the infestation was in the early stages. Their work and ethics are amazing! Jameson (inspector) and Uriel (technician who performed the treatment) have the utmost respect for your property and personal safety. They entered our home with booties and masks at all time unlike the previous company that did not. I did not have clean up after the work and Uriel was able to match the color on our beams (two different colors) perfectly. To the untrained eye, we couldn't tell where the drilled holes were. We were told by the other company that we would have to buy primer and paint to cover up the treated areas. Jameson's and Uriel's knowledge, customer service and professionalism are outstanding! Their response time is quick and they know how to take good care of their customers. We are so fortunate that we found them to take care of our home. He asked good questions , so to understand the extent of our rodent house mates and wanted to see all areas of the house inside and out.   Excellent service!! Professional, on-time, respectful, got right to work, finished in shorter time than estimated. Exceptionally clean, used floor/wall coverings, had covers on shoes, vacuumed. Took pictures of before and after. Cleaned out my attic, sanitized, sealed air leaks, replaced insulation, and sealed all squirrel access holes. Written estimate with all parts of the job listed. No hidden costs or estimate revisions. The whole team wore masks. Why do I love this company and hire them again? I get to sleep tonight without hearing the squirrels tearing up my attic.   As thermostats hit 90 degrees, I wanted to get my HVAC system inspected plus routine maintenance. Apparently I wasn't the only one, as most services turned down my request for an estimate. Attic Bright was super fast to respond and scheduling time to come out. Jonathon came out to perform my service/inspection and did a great job replacing our whole HVAC unit. He was very courteous and professional and fixed the problem with no hassle at all.   The house was inspected by Megan the dog and did indicate bedbugs in one location in the master bedroom. So I booked an appointment with the team to remove the bedbugs. The team arrived and upon a further closer inspection it was determined there are no bedbugs to be found. Obviously the dog had a false positive reading in the room which can happen. No service was performed. I appreciate the integrity of Steve the owner of the company to not push a service where non was needed
