"Our washer broke late on a Thursday night and we were leaving the next day (Friday) for a week so it was urgent that we get it fixed before leaving. I called Dell Appliance Friday morning and they came out that afternoon. They gave me a 2 hour window and arrived on time and Anton the service professional was polite, knowledgeable and timely. Anton assessed the problem, and communicated clearly what the issue was and what needed to be done. He ordered the parts and came back the next week to fix it when we returned. The owner called to follow up was also polite and professional. We will certainly use them again.show more
