"It was a difficult problem to isolate but AirOne stayed on top of everything and kept me updated with the situation. AirOne took very good care of us and even when things looked grim, they kept grinding away. I can't over emphasize the quality of work that AirOne provided. They are professional, responsible and always keep the communications lines open. In fact, most HVAC companies would have quit and told me to replace the system. As he serviced this appliance he explained each of the steps he took and made suggestions about future care with this appliance. Tim came and serviced our Kenmore refrigerator in the afternoon.
