A really good experience. Our bathroom faucet was not working. We contacted many plumbers who had a long wait period. Petros called back right away and had me take photos of the faucet. He said that instread of calling him in for a simple repair, he could walk me through doing it myself! Amazing! We will certainly be using P Floros for all future plumbing needs.

Even though it was Memorial Day weekend, he came out in less than 24 hours, on Memorial Day itself, with a replacement hot water tank. Did the work quickly and efficiently, fixed a few other minor issues, even walked me through some warranty issues. Cannot imagine a better resolution to a hot water tank problem over Memorial Day weekend.

Petros had a cancellation and was able to fit me in immediately. He identified the problem and fixed it very quickly. I was worried that the entire valve would need replacement, but he found that the problem was just a stripped connector in the faucet handle that was easily repaired.

Our water heat tank leaked. We called two plumbers and one need to wait for a week and the other required scheduling. So we called Floros. He gave us a quote after receiving the photos, and visited us on the same day. The work was done smoothly. He is knowledgeable and is helpful when we asked him about other issues in our unit. We will hire him again.

Petros Floros is quick and efficient. He knows the job and has connections in the industry. My only issue was the price was high, $1075 for the labor and replacement of a shut off valve in the basement. I would have expected much lower. But... he gets the job done. Mixed bag in my opinion.

Petros and his assistant got to my house quickly, diagnosed the problem and gave me some options. They fixed the problem quickly and went the extra mile to install a new cleanout in my basement so it would be easier to snake the drain in the future. Petros took the time to explain what he had done and why. He was very friendly, easy to deal with and he charged me a fair price. I will definitely be calling Floros Plumbing from now on!

We had an old cast iron flange that needed to be replaced. The flange was completely rusted and the toilet could no longer be screwed down. Petros expressed exactly what needed to be done to fix the issue and came prepared with a new cast iron flange. The full cost of the job was $700 which is exactly what he gave for an estimate. He was very professional and the work was completed within two hours of arrival. We highly recommend Petros and would call him again for plumbing work!

Pedros is very professional and did an outstanding job at my six unit rental property. The work involved replacing very old cast iron sewage pipes in the basement that many other plumbers refused to do because of the complexity of the job. The job came out perfect and I will be using him from now on for all my plumbing needs. He is very professional!! I plan on using him for all my rental properties.

Petros responded to the request promptly and even tried to help me fix the problem myself. It was unfortunately outside my skill set (Pipes were glued together that shouldn't have been), Petros showed up the same day and finished and even taught me a few tricks that will have to try out.

This is not the first time I used Floros plumbing. Each time I'm more and more impressed. We had a emergency leak he came out with in 10 minutes on a Sunday explained everything very clearly and gave very fair price. Really really nice guy really honest and fair work.

Here's a summary: If you're considering hiring Floros Plumbing and Heating, do it! Petros was great - a true professional, who knew what he was doing and was affable to boot. He's busy, because he's good, but he came when he said he would, he did the work we needed, and he charged a fair price. If you want the job done right, and without headaches, call Floros. It went swimmingly. Petros was responsive, had me send him photos of the faucet in question so he could tell how old it was. He warned me that he might not be able to fix it because it was really old, so it could turn into a larger job. I was told the same by another plumber, so I knew the deal. The reason I chose Petros over the other company was because he said he'd try to fix it before resorting to the Big Job, which would have cost over $1,000. And he did it! He totally fixed it and was a delight while he did so. Wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. Highly recommended.

Petros was incredibly professional and very reasonably priced. I had 5 pipes coming out of the floor from old steam radiators. He came the same day I called him. Removed all 5 pipes in less than an hour and left the apartment like he was never there. Highly recommend.

Mr. Floros worked with my schedule on a short timeline to replace our water heater. He professionally negotiated with me about how to get the job done approximately the way that I wanted while still meeting local code. When the job was completed, he cleaned up and took away the old unit. The price was a great value considering the work done.

The work went very well. My hot water was erratic and Floros investigated thoroughly and found the problem. An air pocket in the water heater. He also suggested some repair to the system which would make it easier to detect heating problems in the future. Floros was very knowledgable and spent time explaining the issues. I now have regular hot water that can be depended on.

I called, Petros was right around the corner. He got to my house as soon as he was done at another job. Came in, took a look, gave me a prognosis, took apart the faucet, showed me the degraded parts, replaced said part, didn't give me a hard time at all over me making his job harder by trying to do it myself first and maybe stripping some parts, chatted with me and my 17 month old daughter, replaced the part, and didn't stop working the entire time. Couldn't have asked for more professional, friendly service.
