    not good concrete seen to be substandard right after completion . Once dried concrete show crack in the foundation and concrete show blemish discoloration. A problem brought to David attention David responded back to my home lay mixed concrete over a parcel of cracks once concrete dried the crack reappear contacted David with no response as a professional contracted he should be more responsive to his customer he not reliable when come to preforming concrete work. I paid 4300 for David to lay a foundation only thing I get is substandard work will not use David for any other projects that I may have. Beware. j

    Wayne at SheCan2 came out and inspected our homes foundation. We were very impressed at his detailed knowlege and the advice he gave us. The company was highly recomended to us and though we did (after much debate) end up going with another company we would have been very confident with SheCan2 repairing our foundation. I believe the quoted price for the project was fair especially considering the work they were going to do

    I was impressed with the professionalism of a company and individuals who could have sold us a big repair job on our foundation. Instead they told us that it was structurally sound and that the brick was cosmetic and actually showcased the period of the house. They advised not to attempt to level the brick (cosmetic fix) as it might negatively impact the value of the home. I will definately call them in the future for the things that are sure to go wrong with a "period" home

    Terri viewed the attic where some structural beams were bowing, and one had cracked/broken. She proposed a repair that involved reinforcing several beams, and adding additional supports. Her crew arrived in a timely fashion, finished the work in one day, and cleaned up. Very good work.

    Joe is the kind of builder you look for and don't often find. Being a successful builder requires many unrelated skill sets: building competence, honesty, organization, professionalism, and diplomacy. From the first meeting it was obvious that Joe was much more focused on the requirements of the job than the other builders I considered. On that first meeting he stayed for a long time and gave me a far more detailed analysis than the others. His bid was fair and our money dealings were always cordial and on the mark. The job did take a long time owing to the fact that Joe does most of the work himself and is an absolute perfectionist. In fact, when Joe would encounter some less than superior workmanship from the past he seemed personally offended. Joe also has an excellent eye for color and design, something I was not expecting, so he was able to help as I struggled with these choices. Another interesting thing about Joe is that his lengthy construction experience is complemented by the superb shape he is in as a masters athlete off the job. So he can tackle the physical demands with the ease of a younger, less experienced builder. There was no crisis during this job, only a series of problems that were worked out. There's no question that I would use Joe again. He has my highest recommendation

This very professional company arrives on time, completes the work as promised, and cleans up the work space very well afterwards. There are no surprises with regard to cost or expected time of completion.     After the most recent wind storm we finally faced the fact that we had to replace our 24 year old fence and gate. Adam Throne did ours at a very reasonable price for high quality work. He showed up on time and worked his butt off until after dark to get our fence done as soon as possible to avoid prolonged inconvenience and worry to us of having our yard exposed. He was responsive to our picky concerns and preferences, recommended solutions, tore out a couple old shrubs at no extra cost, and cleaned up and hauled off the aftermath mess. His work is high quality and our fence is strong and will last us for another 24 years or more. We are so pleased and now our neighbors want to replace theirs
