General contractor (GC) for house remodeling that started with removing popcorn ceiling, faux stone fireplace wall, paneling, engineered wood floor, mortar for previous tile hidden under wood floor. New ceilings through out the house had very smooth finish, which not every plaster knows how to do. Installed new pre-finished hardwood flooring in family room, kitchen and breakfast room and EPA Phase II fireplace in the family room. Since the fireplace was in a new location, this also required some roof work to remove the old chimney and install new venting. Stone surround and hearth extension for fireplace. Cat 6 wiring installed to various rooms. New electrical outlets and moving existing outlets in the family room. Speaker and HDMI wiring installed for entertainment system. New shower enclosure in bathroom.
