    Fortune Restoration did a great job. At the start, there was a hiccup that they worked to overcome. When they cut back the concrete, they cut into the foundation more than expected. But they brought in an expert and immediately repaired the damage. The rest of their work was very high quality. Specifically, they did 2 things to win my loyalty. First, they communicate a lot. An owner, Tom, and the head of the team working at my house, Rodis gave me daily updates. Second, they always explained the logic of the repairs they did. If I had a different goal or idea, they seriously considered it, without nickel and diming me. I will definitely be using Fortune again

    F&M is the BEST! I have used them before and this time their performance outdid the prior excellent job. Their attention to even the smallest detail really shows and the execution of the projects could not have been smoother. Their workmanship is absolutely top of the line and is more like artistry. They identified all of the problems at the start - even those hidden ones that often show up months after the job is done. They fixed them all just as they said in less time than they said. The site was always clean at the end of the day even though some major demolition had to be done to replace a sagging set of steps. At the end of the project, they coordinated with the sealcoater to be sure that he understood how to process the edges of the bluestone driveway parts without damage. F&M is the the only mason that I use for my house and I use them for every stone related service that I need. If you want the best results and oh yes, the best prices, seek them out

    It was great! We called Steve when we discovered the leak as Steve had fixed another crack in our foundation last year and we were very satisfied with the results. We discovered the crack on Tuesday morning. Steve was at our house within the hour, gave us an estimate and had his crew here Thursday. The workers did a great job and cleaned up the area so it looks like nothing was disturbed. It was a very difficult job due to the amount of water in the soil and clay but they persisted. We are very happy and would definitely call them again! We hope we don't have to but if you need them, they are the people to call

    Very well, our home is more leak proof / water tight than when we bought it some 30 years ago... and is anticipated to remain so for another 30+ years. All the mentioned work occurred during 3 visits spread across some 18 months; but none of the visits required more than a single day to complete. Work was conveniently scheduled and the worker(s) always arrived on time; if not 15 minutes early. A year after our last work was done (the poly-jacking), The Real Seal, at my request but at no charge, even sent out a technician to replace/redo some concrete plugs in those poly-jack holes that had popped out probably due to outdoor temperature swings

After evaluation our foundation, Ken told me there were no cracks in our foundation. Our plumber told me there was a water pipe problem. Ken video taped the location the water was coming in our family room. After viewing the video, our insurance adjuster told me we had a valid claim. Ken and Family Waterproofing Solutions did not charge me for his service.
