Jimmy and his brother showed up right on time as scheduled to compete all the repairs. Everything I asked for was done in a timely and professional manner. Housecleaning And MoreWe called needing a clean super short notice due to someone else canceling. They moved their own schedule around and made it happen. They were thorough and made sure to ask if there was anything specific we needed them to focus on. They took their time and made sure that we were satisfied before they left and even said if we saw anything that we noticed after they left that they would come back and do it no charge. They even installed a doggy door for me I had not been able to find anyone and I asked if they knew anyone who would be able to do sometime soon. They said we can do it today, and they did an awesome job! No mess was left behind from cutting into the door either they made sure everything was cleaned up from the side job. I now use them biweekly and have them mow my yard once a month. If you need someone to for house keeping, side work, or yard work these are the people for you! Technician was knowledgeable and did good work. However I feel the $362 price was excessive. While the windows were high off the ground, the charges included three hours of labor and ladder rental. And strangely when I was asked to submit feedback on a “ Rateabiz” website, it did not appear.

Torn between 1 star and 2. We hired A&D to remove and install new baseboard trim throughout our home, as well as a few minor floor and fence repairs. We were quoted $1440 for 3 days of trim labor and supplied trim material ourselves. On day 5, we were contacted to let us know the team’s quote was WAY off - $2700 was due that day, which was their discounted rate for the week, and they were less than 1/2 way done with the project. They quoted another $3000 to $4000 to finish the project, or told us they understood if we found someone else to finish the job. Now, we get to move into our new home this weekend that is missing trim in half of the house and is filthy. I’m disappointed because the work that was completed looked pretty good, hence the 2 stars, but that is some terrible quoting, business management and customer relations. I get that mistakes happen, but charging 5x what the original quote was is NEVER acceptable.
