ALL AMERICAN ROOFING AND REMODELINGWe originally contacted James to help us widen our bathroom door to allow for wheel chair access. We have limited space, so it was a bit of a puzzler. After considering options James came up with the idea of a barn door. This allowed us to widen the door enough for access, and also do minor upgrades without breaking the bank! I hired him for a lot of small jobs and he tackled them all in a fraction of the time it would take me: building a small frame for a vent cover, removing un-needed electrical wiring, installing hose caddies, calking around a sink, fixing a faucet. Business Description:
True Handyman Services is a small, family-run business. Sometimes other contractors might be pulled in to accomplish the tasks at hand, But I normally show up ready to work when scheduled. I generally take payment upon completion of the job/jobs that are smaller in scope. For larger jobs, I make sure to work with the client to set up a payment schedule that works for everyone! I pau a great attention to detail and work in an efficient manner.
Recent Review:
Kevin was on time and did a great job installing four wall shelves. He did not tell me that he has a two hour minimum, but I probably would have been ok had I known.. The job took about an hour. The day he was coming he told me that he was bringing an assistant, which was fine. He did not tell me that he charged the same hourly rate for his assistant as for himself with a two hour minimum. So instead of paying one person for a one hour job, I paid two people each for a two hour job. The work was good but I felt like it was a bit of a bait and switch as I paid four times more than I expected.

Scott did an amazing job on our fence repair. Our wooden fence had some rotting posts and the fence was falling in as a result. Scott took out the rotting posts and replaced them with new ones. He cut the old posts into pieces so they would be ready to put out for trash pick-up. We had ropes holding up the fence, and he and his team removed those as part of the job. He is very service-oriented and did very high quality work!

Not good. Several of the handles were installed crooked/uneven and a drawer pull was not vertically centered. It was attached near the bottom of the drawer front. It looked so bad, we needed to have the drawer front replaced. Wayne initially gave us a quote for $150 but when he finished, he charged us $250. I would NOT recommend WR Handyman Services and Repairs.
