San Antonio Porch Roof Repair

They showed up a day early while I was at work and did such a good job cleaning up that I didn't know that they had even been there. When they didn't show up the next morning as scheduled, I called and found out that they had already fixed the roof the day before. I had a few questions about the slope of the roof and they sent out a man the next day to answer my questions. I will call them back for a quote when I'm ready to replace the roof on the house.

I called on Tuesday to ask about problems with our porch roof and the gentleman who answered the phone was very nice and very friendly. An appointment was set up for Saturday at 9am, but unfortunately he did not show up, and no phone call was received to inform me that he was unable to make it or reschedule.

Estimator and repairer both good. Front office was slammed with appointments due to recent storm, so they forgot to tell me they were showing up the day of install. However, two other roofing companies I called didn't even answer the phones. Be aware: 3% fee for using your credit card. All in all, good experience and was glad the company had enough roofers to fix roof quickly.

Mike performed the majority of the work to build my porch. When sub-contractors were working on-site, such as the roof, he was always supervising. Mike was very professional and responsive to my requests for information or advice on the best way to do something. I provided a photograph of a similar porch for him to visualize what I wanted to do. One of the things that came up unique to my house was the low roof line being used to attach the porch roof. The porch roof line was going to be too low to provide a good roof pitch to incorporate a skylight and a ceiling fan. I was very disappointed but, with a little innovative thinking and looking at all the options, we decided that a vertical wall beginning at the house roof line, incorporating 3 fixed-pane windows, would provide the necessary porch roof inclination that would provide the required clearance for the ceiling fan and a vertical skylight. Through Mike's efforts, my project was completed on schedule and just the way I visualized it with the photograph. Mike was very easy to work with and the quality of work was outstanding. I look forward to working with him in the future.

As part of selling my home, the inspection discovered some roof and siding repair work to be completed. Action Roofing provided a quote via email using the inspection report for specific details. They did not come to my house as did some other companies, but their price was fair and they seemed to know what they were talking about. They performed the work and sent me a bill via email as well which worked well for my busy schedule. They could have done a better job communicating when the work was going to be performed as I had to ask a few times, but I did give them a deadline originally that they met. They also tried to charge me sales tax but correctly removed it when I asked about it (sales tax doesn't apply to residential services like this). Overall, the price was fair, the work was of good quality and I would use them again.

Integrity Roofing was professional and very quick. They did a great job and I was really impressed with the quality and competed siding repair and redesign of a previously poorly designed patio roof. The redesign worked great!

Repaired older roof on my mothers house that had developed a leak. There was no pressure to replace the whole roof. Repair was scheduled for the following day and they arrived promptly and took care of it. I will definitely call them again when we replace it!

The work to be done was quickly identified, material gathered, and the work began. The work quality was excellent. Because this was a roof repair the color had to match and was done so. the front porch roof had to be taken off and rebuilt from inside. Also completed very quickly and excellently. I called Storm Roofing after arriving home to water leaking through my living room ceiling. Alfred returned my call within a hour and came out to my home the same day. He found the leak on my roof, thoroughly explained, with pictures, what was going on and the proposed solution. Since I was waiting to hear back from my insurance company, he provided guidance on next steps and even went the extra mile to go back on the roof (in the rain!) and secure a tarp over the leaking area to prevent further damage. Alfred helped me maneuver the insurance hoops, and was able to fix my roof promptly. I can not say enough about his professionalism and quality work. I immediately referred him to my friend who was needing a whole roof repaired! I hope I don't need any additional work done, but if I do, Storm Roofing will be my one and only call.
