Mr. Mancera's work is excellent. He was professional and on time. He completed the work in the 3 days he said he would. He painted my kitchen cabinets. The colors came out beautifully. His work ethic is excellent. I highly recommend him. I would hire definitely him again.

Patrick and his team of painters did an excellent job of painting my kitchen cabinets. He and his crew were very professional, started/finished on time, kept me informed and were very careful not to get paint in other areas. Because my wife and I were impressed with his professionalism and quality of his work we have asked that he return to paint and repair our ceiling that was done by another painter that didn't meet our quality standard. I highly recommend that you trust Patrick and his team with your painting needs.

The painters, Shelby and Mario, showed up on time on the days they said they would come. They were a delight to work with. The prep was thorough and they cleaned up behind them. Shelby is a real perfectionist and his work reflected that. Patrick was clear on the work he would perform and completed the work in a timely fashion. Patrick left me plenty of paint so I can touch up in those areas that need it. Oak cabinets are hard to cover perfectly. The finish, though, on the fronts of the cabinets is smooth and professional looking having been done with a sprayer. Much better than if I had done it myself.

I always use Angie,s list. This time it didn’t pan out. Painted only side, front, and doors, of cabinets. Contract said removal of wall paper. Sprayed texture over old wall paper, and got texture all over top of cabinets. Did not remove old wall paper. The owner promised they would give us a 2 year warranty after that mistake. They put one coat of paint and their were white splotches everywhere. Did not complete paint job. Wanted to come back a week later. Contacted owner. Told him about the problems. The painter came back the next day and quickly did a second coat and left. There was still texture all over the top of the cabinets and the paint job around the tops of the cabinets was unfinished. Contacted the owner several times. Said he would fix the problem. Do not hire. They cut corners. Get everything in writing and don’t pay the final payment until everything is done. I have learned my lesson.

The project took about twice as long as originally projected, partly because of the need to remove extra layers of wallpaper we didn't know were there. But Sergio and his crew are excellent. Their work is carefully, expertly, beautifully done. The guys always cleaned up completely each day after work, so we had minimal dust, even with the popcorn ceiling mess. If you want a master painter, Sergio is your man. You just can't be in a hurry.

Jerry did an excellent job with the repairs. We needed some drywall repaired and outside brick seams filled in. The kitchen cabinets are beautiful - paint job is perfect and they look very good.

Ray and his daughter, Sunny, came to my house, looked at the project and gave me a price. I agreed and a few days later Ray came to my office to pick up 50% deposit for job. The job was started a few days after that. After the first day, Ray told me that he was going to primer the cabinet and put ONLY one coat of paint. I asked him why one coat and he said "if you want a second coat, it'll cost you." I asked Ray why he didn't tell me that upfront when he quoted the job and his response was "you didn't ask." I asked him why he didn't quote a "finished job" and he said I should have known to ask. He even said the the cabinets needed a second coat of paint. I asked him what that would cost and he said an additional $1500.00. I told him I would get them painted but I would find another painter. The last day on the job, he painted the inside of all the cabinet doors in 1 hour and 20 minutes and then announced that he was "done a day early" and asked to be paid. . Today, I took a friend that is a builder to look at the job and he was mortified (as am I) and said it's the worst paint job he had ever seen. Additionally, some kind of sealer was put randomly on several cabinets (very glossy while the others are not). The next painter I hire will need to sand everything that has the glossy finish. The day he re-hung the cabinet he asked me if I wanted the doors to be mounted where the handles would be at the top or bottom. The handles are at the very top corner of each door and he was asking if I wanted them mounted opposite (handles would be at the floor) which make no sense.There were cigarette butts all over my driveway and yard and he was asked to clean them up and refrain from throwing any more down. He picked them up. I wish I could share pictures of this nightmare. DO NOT HIRE THEM.
