They did a beautiful job of cleaning my living room area rug. My sick dog had peed on it several times; they got out all evidence of that. They were friendly and courteous when picking up and returning the rug. The lady who booked the appointment and spoke with me several other times was friendly and helpful. The price charged was very fair.

Jerry and Flood Masters is very prompt. He explains everything in details. He explains the billing to the customers and helps them to the entrance of the process. They have the right amount of equipment to any size, small or large job. He is friendly,kind neat and thorough. I highly recommend them for anybody that does not know to manage emergency plans.
