"Joe and his crew came out in the middle of the night and helped clean out our flooded basement. There was over 3 feet of water which was also contaminated with sewage. They called the insurance carrier and dealt with them directly and we didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. They even covered all our of contents, packed it up and we couldn't be happier.
