The value of any company is their willingness to stand by their work and, if necessary, to address concerns that might arise after the work. FFA has come to my home additional times to followup with some ongoing issues with water. They did this with no additional cost to me. Their representatives and technicians are well trained and courteous.

We experienced a leak after heavy rain storms. ServPro responded immediately to our call. We experienced excellent customer service and the crew was there right away!!! Matthew, and M2 did a great job at my home. They came in with a great plan, were more thorough, and at a cost savings compared to the other 4 quotes I got for the project. They cleaned every surface affected, brought in dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and went above and beyond my expectations. They were professional, prompt and completed great work. Certified Restoration came to my house in Okeechobee after a fire. They got everything cleaned up nicely, they rebuilt everything that needed it and their team went above and beyond .They worked directly with my Insurance Company.
