Best contractor I have ever dealt with on a personal home project. Fast, courteous, honest, polite and informative. Kelly and his crew did exactly what they said they were going to do for the price they quoted me. I have a 2700 square foot basement that they completely framed for me. I offered them to my house, but they came and went every time through a basement window. They were always on time and always responded to my calls and texts. Super fast, had 5 workers there within 2 hours. They have been checking aback with me as they work, they helped. me dump some personal items along with the trailer full of ruined items they quickly got rid of after taking pictures, The have an entire crew working every day, even Saturday and Sunday. They are taking care of everything including all the repairs and communications with the insurance agency, They gave me a packet with everything I need to know and all their processes and plenty of phone#s including workers cell phone #s just to make sure I am completely satisfied, I would hire them again and recommend them for anyone who needs super quick and professional service, Simply the best!

These guys were awesome. I had a contractor fixing some damaged sheetrock from a swamp cooler leak in the ceiling. The contractor immediately informed me of some mold he found in the attic, and told him that mold removal is out of scope of what he does. He recommended I get someone to check out the mold before he proceeded with the repair.
The Flood Co. sent someone out in 2 hours, while the contractor was still there, spent 15 minutes doing a search in the attic crawlspace and gave the contractor the all-clear to keep working. I was given instructions on how to remove the mold with soapy water (it was a very small amount, only on the surface of the sheetrock). Paid a 95 dollar diagnostic fee and couldn't be happier.

We got several bids for our project and Restoration 1 was by far the most professional in providing a detailed bid. We hired them to do the work and they showed up on time and completed the work ahead of schedule.
After the job was complete, the owner called to make sure everything was done properly. And the cost was much less than most of the other bids
That is what I call great work and great customer service and great value!!

Dan sent Matt to our house - which was an hour north of their normal business range. Matt was her until almost mid-night. I canâ  t say enough about the job he did - 100% perfect, professional and thorough. What equally impressed me was the rapport he built with my 6 year old chatter box grandson, who insisted he be at my house Monday when Matt came back. I hope I never have to use them again â  - however, if I did, they would be my first call!!!

They came quickly, assessed the situation and had a crew out here working in just days. Very courteous employees at all times! The work area was kept very clean, and they were very careful about the large items that couldn't be removed from the room. I will hire them again if I ever need this type of work done, and I will recommend them to others.

A urine test showed me having high amounts of toxicity due to mold and mildew. Pure Maintenance found the source and used a dry fog to deal with the problem. They were very experienced and professional. I would highly recommended them.
