Very Responsive and the, installation work beautiful. They recommended a straightforward plan to remediate and repair. Interestingly their assessment and estimate was the most in line with that of the insurance adjuster from among several quotes. Left my basement in good order after project. Alex and the APX team did a wonderful job renovating our condo bathroom, turning a dated early 2000's space into a sleek and modern oasis. The job involved quite a bit of complexity, including full walls of large-format ceramic tile, creating a build-in shower niche, as well installing as a floating vanity but the APX team did a great job ensuring that the finished product looked perfect. Alex is honest and easy to work with, and we appreciated that in the instances we found minor things to change even at the end of the project (we asked that the hue of the recessed lighting be changed for example, just based on our preference) he was always ready to make sure we were satisfied. We can't wait to work with APX on our kitchen updates next!

Advanced Restoration came out IMMEDIATELY when my family and I returned from a weekend trip to a flooded living room, dining room, and kitchen. Even though it was a late Sunday night, Ran and Denise contacted me, and have been taking care of me every since!
Their team is professional, safe (PPE and social distancing due to COVID), their work is very thorough and they were respectful of property. I am told by my association that Advanced is pricier than other cleanup companies theyâ ve hired â still, I wanted the best and Advanced is First-Class.
Advanced works directly with my insurance companies and my HOA, and negotiated the best $ possible. In addition, Rocky, Carlos, Justin, Jason and team have been phenomenal throughout this tough process. A#1 Abatement responded quickly to my service request, conducted a fast but thorough inspection of the asbestos requiring removal and provided me a very reasonable estimate for the job. The customer service was very engaging, informative and professional. They took time to answer all of my questions concerning the abatement process prior to scheduling the job. The team that arrived to remove the asbestos was polite, professional, very efficient and reviewed the areas that were treated with me once the job was completed. Charles repaired and updated our 27 years old screened porch. He covered our stained wooden porch with vinyl (inside and out) and added windows with screens. It turned out amazing. Charles has years of experience. His knowledge of construction is outstanding. His crew are extremely skilled and respectful. Charles made sure the foundation of the porch was structurally sound before any other work was started. Charles met with us many times to discuss the design/plan before the work began. He was patient with us as we changed the design many times before the work begin. He listened to us. The materials he used were the highest quality. His cost was reasonable and fair. I was very paticular (picky) about what I wanted and questioned every phase of the project - Charles listened and was kind, patient, and worked hard to achieve what I wanted. He answered all my questions and listened to any concerns I had. You will not go wrong if you hire this company. I hope Charles will work with us again for future projects.

We were away for the summer and experienced water in basement from heavy rains in July. Even though we had some help from a neighbor too much water had traveled through basement and into carpet causing moisture and mold problems.
Upon returning we read reviews and contacted several references. All very good! We felt comfortable to have company fully remediate our basement.
The job included carpet removal, much furniture and junk removal, drywall and molding removal and inspection, HEPA vacuuming, heavy duty fans, cleaning and mold removal, paint sealant and basement fogging.
There was a caring and responsible crew working on the project from start to finish.
We were most impressed by the sincere patience that the project manager, Sia and owner, Gary provided us throughout. Many questions were asked and accurate answers were provided with patience and respect.
Gary also arranged for first class air vent cleaning and air quality testing from third parties.
We highly recommend Clean and Shine!
