"Don Paz responded within 5 minutes of my request and came out at a time convenient for me to check my water heater that was not working. He explained everything very well. I had a new air conditioning & heating system installed a few days prior and the company had not turned the gas back on which was why I had no hot water. Don was very safety conscious checking with the inspector of the heating/ cooling company to make sure it was safe to turn the gas back on. He had the water heater working in no time at all and did not charge me for the visit. I also asked him about water softeners since mine no longer works and he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will be calling him to install a new softener. "Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols."

"Work was to install a new kitchen sink as well as replace the Hot and Cold water valves. Also required replacing the existing tubing and removing and re-installing the existing garbage disposal. The company contacted me the same day I submitted the request through Home Advisor. I mentioned that I needed help in finding the right sink. Another company that I had also requested a quote had told me that I had to take care of finding the sink. West plumbing instead asked me to send them a photo of the existing sink and they brought the new sink the same day. This is what I call customer support !
