"Joe worked with our waterproofing contractor to coordinate replacement of a leaking/removed basement utility sink. He stopped by multiple times to assess and plan the project and was very reliable, flexible, and courteous. He went above and beyond installing a new utility sink by re-routing our washer discharge line so we won't get an overflowing sink, extending an AC condensate pipe, and adding up-to-date fixtures. He worked with the waterproofers to save money by having them do extra concrete removal and he filled it back in after everything was complete. He was well equipped to fix the gas line and called all the other utility companies to mark their lines before the work was done. He completed job in one full day. Jeff cared so much that he went above and beyond to make sure we had heat on a cold night.
