"Mr Herlin exceeded expectations. My heat had been out for two weeks and for financial reasons I couldn't call until late on a Friday afternoon I was hoping to schedule forthe following Monday. (A larger company was unable to schedule for 2 weeks!) He told me he would be there as soon as he finished the job he was currently doing. When he arrived he apologized for taking so long! I didn't know if the issue was the thermostat or the furnace so he set to work on the thermostat. It needed replacing. Instead of trying to sell me an expensive multifunction product he asked if it was OK to install a simple ( less expensive) model. They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"They were a bit late on the first day because they have quite a drive into town so it's hard to calculate traffic and the equipment rental process for our job took longer than expected. It happens. Not a huge deal to us, but we do wish they would have called us with time updates along the way. That minor detail aside, we were extremely pleased with the work done by Greg and his son, Aaron. We love that we were able to support a local family business, and that their top-notch customer service makes it easy for us to continue supporting and recommending them. After three basement floods this winter, none of which were covered by insurance of course, Greg understood that we wanted to solve the problem but were quickly running out of funds since our investments kept getting ruined with each subsequent flooding. He worked with us to give us a fantastic price and in all of his suggestions you could tell that he understood our need for affordable, efficient solutions. He was mindful of our toddler and even inquired about her nap times so he wouldn't disturb her. The work, which included a sump pump install and extending and burying a rain downspout several feet away from the house, was extremely well done. We were so impressed at just how incredibly well done it was. They were also really careful to protect our house while they worked and to clean up after themselves after the work was completed. Throughout the entire two-day process, you could see that Greg and Aaron took pride in their company and in every aspect of their work. No corners were cut. Aaron even put back all our grass so that we had no bald spots afterwards. They were honest and knowledgeable and even took the time to explain to us how the sump pump and downspout extension worked, and made sure to test the pump, both for themselves before completion to ensure proper functioning and installation, as well as to demonstrate to us after it was done so that we could see and hear it working. It was truly a pleasure to work with Greg and Aaron. We highly recommend Property Care Services and have their phone number saved in our phones as they are now our official go-to company for any future work we may need. Had a plumber to my house who told me our problem would cost us up to $18k...but when JB from Kalin came and looked at it, he told us that we don't need to go to the extreme unless we have to (and told us respectfully how the other bid was WAY too much). Only $1,500 later and a couple repairs to our sewer line, the whole job was done! They were professional, on time, highly skilled, fast working, and VERY reasonably priced...without over reacting to the situation or going to extremes. After hiring Kalin, I talked to my insurance claims adjuster, and he told me that Kalin is the best he has worked with. Get all the bids you want...just get a bid from Kalin LAST...and I bet you will pick them too!!"
