The crew showed up on time and completed in one day as promised. The job was done with the materials agreed. They knew what they were doing. They explained and answered questions. The cleaned up afterward.

I have given the West Coast Mobile Home Improvement top grades and said we would use them again, but there is a caveat. Things did not go well the first or second ? or even the third time we had workers here. Ultimately, however, Joe Martin entered the scene and things started going right. Martin was able to get things done, and customer satisfaction seemed to be his primary interest. He had the skills to be in there working with his crew, watching to see that everything was done correctly. He cared about the details and the big picture. It has been a year since the work on our home was done. I have waited until now to write the review because I wanted to make sure everything held together? and it did. We have enjoyed the new plumbing during the past year without any additional problems. More needs to be done in our home, but our protracted experience with West Coast Mobile Home made us reluctant to hire any contractor, fearing we might wind up going through a similar process. The truth is, though, that we are now finally starting to talk about having additional work done? and we are even thinking of having West Coast Mobile Home come back to do it? but ONLY if Joe Martin is the guy on site, making sure things are done right THE FIRST TIME

Ramsay One

The quartz cracked on installation. Ramsay One will not replace the quartz even though the quartz company would replace the slab. Ramsay One tried to fix but it only damaged the shine on the quartz. We had a lot of work done at this mobile home. (Almost 70K) This is just one area that was not done correctly. Ramsay One also did substandard work on another home. Cracked the bathroom sink and installed sink assembly wrong on two other sinks

The gentleman that came to my house is named Joe Martin. I wanted a complete gutting and remodeling of the mobile home. After explaining to him exactly what I wanted (down to the color and type of cabinets I wanted in the kitchen, wood floors, tile, etc) I basically was not going to get anything I wanted. He had the gall to tell me that wood floors are only put in million dollar homes (hear that, all you who have wood floors but do not own a million dollar home?). I wanted off white or cream colored kitchen cabinets. He only allowed me choices that Builders Surplus carry, which meant I was not going to get my choice. I wanted tile in the kitchen, but he was selling me on fabric backed vinyl. I had only 8 choices for granite countertop, none of which were anywhere near what I wanted. As I tried to tell him that these were not what I wanted, he told me "Why did you call me out if you weren't going to let me do what I wanted". Yes, he said that. He was not going to live in the mobile home, I was. It was all about using the products that HE could get cheap. So, I made my choices from what he had to offer, to see what the estimate would be. Before he left, he assured me that he could get the job done for under $40,000. My jaw dropped when I received the estimate . . . for $53,000+. And wasn't going to get anything I wanted. Needless to say, I did not go with West Coast. Joe Martin's personality, attitude and arrogance should keep home out of doing any PR or sales work

They showed up when they said they would. However, the quality of the work was shoddy. They finished the work in less than a day, which made me suspicious. I had an independent inspector come out to check their work and discovered that they didn't replace all the piers, did not secure the piers with new fasteners, but instead left old, rusty fasteners and did not tighten them. Instead of replacing pier pads with pressure treated wood or cement they used 1" plastic pads with openings that allow moisture to reach the metal piers and cause rust again. Plus, they did not replace all the piers, sold us "marriage bars" which we did not need. The work had to be redone at an additional cost of $4,500

TERRIBLE! DISGUSTING, UNPROFESSIONAL, ETC., AND THIS WAS ONLY AN ESTIMATE! Property Damage to exterior Aluminum Siding, across the top of two 4' X 8' sheets. Although this happened back on May 03, 2016, everyday I am reminded how this company treated me. I will never get over this. It haunts all the time, being treated, like I was. Before my cancer, in 2005, I previously had been in the Painting and Decorating business for many years, I've worked for designers, decorators, worked new construction, remodels, tract homes, have tons of references, so I knew how to treat the public, I had to, for good business, and to keep me busy. Sadly, this can not be said for them, given my poor experience. We all have had bad days, but this lasted for many, many, MONTHS! Most of 2016, was primarily consumed not only, by the property damage aspect, which was bad enough, but add all the undue emotional, and mental distress, severe anxiety, waiting everyday for them to return calls, emails, or letters, but NOTHING AT ALL! A FREAK-IN' NIGHTMARE!!!!! SHAME ON THEM FOR PUTTING ME THROUGH THIS. To be mildly fair, they did offer to return to repair, but at this point, months later, I did not trust them, did not believe anything they would say, or would trust them to even to a professional job. That is why, I did not want 'Quality' back, I suffered enough by them. I only wanted Quality to pay for the damages, that Quality's estimator had caused, plain and simple. Two estimates, one was Quality, and another, a competitor, who told me he used to work with Quality, his was the highest, but begrudgingly, and with much disappointment, noting the two, agreed to the lesser amount of the estimates. Everyone told me I needed to file a Civil Small Claims Action, against 'Quality' and all parties involved, for the property damage that occurred. If I can discourage, dismay prospective, and potential naive clients, to save them, from the nightmarish year that I had, maybe that would be satisfaction enough. :-) Problems? Besides complaining to the appropriate agencies, if there was a contract or not, and/or any property damage occurred, LIKE MINE, and you've waited beyond a reasonable time, LIKE ME, then you need to file a civil small claims action/property damage against whomever caused it, and anyone who participated. Also, contact L.A.'s NBC and CBS, local networks, for their consumer help folks, helping to expose the "bad Apples" here in Southern California. There are many reputable roofing companies, but if you are looking for one with extreme Professionalism, who is above board, has scruples, has common sense, decency, honesty, integrity, and will show up when they say they will show up, not be 1-1/2 hrs LATE, for an estimate, and based only on my humble opinion, and experience, YOU WOULD BE VERY WISE TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. I would also take their positive reviews lightly, who knows who exactly, is writing these reviews. Remember, the time limit for filing property damage claims can last up for three years in California. There are two sides to every story, and this is mine. I'm sure the owner will try to discredit me, to protect his business, I get it, but as the owner, he should have tried to accommodate me a lot SOONER, at the very least, to call to apologize, to set a date to fix the damage, as soon as this happened, and not let it go, for as long as he did. The owner never experienced what I went through, never talked with him, he has not personally seen the damage, only photos. So, whatever he has to say, I am not interested, not listening, Your company had a chance, to do the right thing, at the onset, but chose to ignore me, because this was only an estimate, and not a $10K roof project, so you just couldn't be bothered. I would never, trust this company, to perform any work for me, or for my friends, or family!...EVER! If you are smart, you would do the same. I am glad now, that I never hired them to actually do any work. Your experience may be a wondrous one, who knows. I am commenting only on mine

West Coast Mobile Home Improvement did a fabulous job. Craig, Joe and the whole crew were excellent, efficient and careful to take good care of "mom". I really appreciate the care these guys have shown as I have been systematically going through this 1976 trailer to remodel it from top to bottom. I have hired them multiple times now, to do multiple jobs, and have been completely satisfied

Freddy was quick and sharp to identify where and why the water pipe was leaking. Freddy repaired the leak with no problem and was so kind and helpful enough that he also installed a sink and a toilet for me. And it only took him 30 minutes to finish everything! He was also kind enough to recommend to me on what water heater would work best for my mobile home

From initial call, to quote, to install these guys were great. I have nothing but excellent things to say about Craig, Joe and the entire crew at West Coast Mobile Home Improvement. They did the job fast, they did the job right, the results were completely as expected. There were no hidden charges, they only replaced roof sheathing that required it and were very careful to minimize mess, disruption and cleaned up behind them as appropriate

When I first called West Coast Mobile Home Improvement, a woman answered immediately and was very professional. (Many companies these days never answer their phones and ask you to leave a message. If they don't have a receptionist, I will hang up and find one that does.) We set up a date for me to meet Ray Mullan, the contractor for all the jobs at my house. He was involved in who to send out for which jobs and when the jobs would be performed. He was very accommodating, friendly, and not in hurry to get out of there...just a great guy to do business with. They are very willing to leave their area of Murrieta and drive all the way out to my home in Cypress. All 6 guys that performed the various jobs were very professional. They were on time and called before arriving. I highly recommend West Coast Mobile Home Improvement and will surely use them again in the future

They charged around $5200 for heating and air conditioning. The roofing work cost around $6000 and the foundation work cost around $4750. I really liked the work that they did. They were more knowledgeable than those of the other companies that I had talked with. They were willing to beat anybody’s price, and it seemed like a winning deal to me

He is amazing. He came quickly and was able to start the very next day after calling. Bill has been in business for 35 years and knows how to do everything! He has C47 License--which allows him to do all repairs and all related utility work. His prices are very reasonable and he was able to get to me immediately. It should be noted that i was selling my mobile home, and these were things requested from the buyer. And as the buyer requested more and more, Bill was able to keep coming back and doing the necessary work. He even got the proper permits. Bill handled everything from start to finish. One example of Bills pricing--he did some electrical work for me that another electrician had quoted for $2000 and Bill did it for $295

I called Ron Gengler of SERVICEMASTER CLEAN to take the contents of my house into storage so I could begin to repair the water damage from a flood in my mobile home on 4/25. Ron arrived promptly on 5/17, took stock of the house, it's inside condition, took photos and scheduled an inspection by ADVANCE MOBILE HOME of the underside of the house for the following day. He pointed out that day that the floors were not dry enough to begin work on them. He showed me with his meter that the floors were still moist. Danny Gavrilov and his associate, Gustavo, arrived the morning of the 18th. Gustavo went into the crawlspace, followed the duct system from one end of the house to the other and discovered that the flood water had remained inside the ducts since the beginning of the flood; almost a month. He opened sections to demonstrate the alarming amount of water that had been held inside the insulation, by the moisture barrier and plastic housing. Mr, Gavrilov took more than 25 pics of water gushing from the ducts. Both Ron Gengler and Danny Gavrilov advised me to have the Insurance adjuster revisit the scene in order to evaluate the extent of this damage. I am still waiting to hear from my Insurance claim representative. Danny Gavrilov is an exceptionally informed and experienced specialist in his work. He has an excellent reputation as a contractor, having renovated a large number of upscale mobile homes in the Coachella Valley. Gustavo has his own special ability to gauge the extent of water damage and the liklihood of it reaching levels of mold and/or rot. I am lucky to have been led to them by SERVICEMASTER CLEAN and very grateful to both companies for what they were able to do for me in the wake of this disaster. (If you want to see pics of the massive amount of wet insulation removed from my home, see my review of FLOOD RESPONSE) SERVICEMASTER brought in a crew to pack and move the contents of my house into storage. They were careful of my furnishings and after the house was cleared, they brought in driers to concentrate on the areas of the floor that still registered moisture. More driers were placed under the house, running for almost five days to completely dry out after so many weeks of water saturation. SERVICEMASTER dry cleaned the oriental carpets that were effected by the water and has replaced the broken coffee table top cracked during the FLOOD RESPONSE pack-out

We made a BIG MISTAKE not joining Angies List before we selected a contractor to put a new roof on our mobilehome. The contractor we hired had done some work here in our mobilehome park. And he seemed good, until after the contract was signed and the work started. Then it was delays, excuses, and very substandard workmanship. We didn't know anything about how the work should be done or where to turn for advice as to how certain things should have been done, so we called West Coast Mobile Home Improvement from an ad in a magazine, and explained our situation. The very next day Craig Corzine, an inspector for West Coast, was at our door and acted as our Consultant and Advocate. We suddenly had a friend who told us how the roof should be installed, what the current code required, and what we might want to ask the existing contractor to do to correct things that seemed wrong to us. Craig was all about us telling the existing contractor exactly what we wanted (doing certain things the right way)and giving the existing contractor the chance to make things right. He was not out to bad mouth anyone or try to steal a job from another company. Craig spent over an hour answering our questions and helping with our concerns...AT NO CHARGE. We were so impressed with Craig's Integrity, and willingness to help that we would unequivicably recommend his company, West Coast Mobile Home Improvement, even though they did not actually do any work on our home. And if you are getting bids for your job, I'd say you better include them on your bid list. Their price for a roof like ours was almost $2000. less than we were paying :( Thanks Again Craig!!! Patricia and Joh
I received 7 quotes on on kitchen remodel and I went with Better Together Builders. And it wasn't a hard decision at all because Yanni from Better Together Builders gave me unbeatable offer. He and his team started this project soon after e signed a contract. Yanni was honest, helpful, he answered to all my questions and he did everything as I requested. His team cleaned after themselves at the end of every working day, they worked hard, finished on time and quality of their work is excellent. My kitchen looks phenomenal, I am fully satisfied with the outcome and I would highly recommend Yanni and Better Together Builders
The estimate: I called mid July to have someone come out and give me a free estimate. Mike came out and was very professional. Of the 3 bids I got, his was not only the least expensive, but he actually took the time with me. The initial meeting, he was at my house for almost an hour measuring different things, and showing me different ideas. The other 2 estimators that came out were in and out in in less than 20 minutes. Mike even came out a 2nd time with his lead installer to make sure everything would go as planned since the job wasn't cut and dry. The other guys that came out, didn't even mention it, which is probably why they didn't want to pull permits. The scheduling: Once the permit was approved, they installed 3 weeks later (which is good since Mike said it would take 3-5 weeks from the date of the permit approval). They called me a week before to give me a rough date, and called me 2 days before to give me the exact dates they would be here. The installation: The best part is here. The installers had great manners, called me when they were on their way, spoke English, and cleaned up their mess at the end of both days. Mike even stopped by the 2nd day since he was in the area just to make sure everything was going good. This worked out perfect as I asked him if they could fix an old gate from falling over while they were there. Mike said no problem, and they did it for free. Final: After the installation, I gave the check to one of the installers, and tipped them both $20 for being so professional, and taking 5 minutes to fix the gate. The inspector just came by and signed off on the permit, and the check I wrote AAA Awnings hasn't even hit my bank yet. I am so impressed with every aspect of this, and how gorgeous everything looks, I am going to hire them again for my mom's house
The flooring that Eddie helped me find has changed my life. It is perfect. But let's start with Eddie. When he says he will be there he is there. Always friendly and listens to you wants and concerns and your needs. He went to multiple placed to find options for me and spent the time to give pros and cons to each and why. He negotiated with the vendor on the cost of the material for me. It is clear that he has been doing this for a long time and that made me feel confident in the project. Workers did a great job and he honored the time frame that he gave me. Hire him!
Loved the service thank you Guy and the entire golden line team !!! Our bathroom looks amazing. After going through so many other companies were seriously so glad we decided to work with you. They came So fast to give us a complementary quote and the process couldn't have been any smoother. Very professional and not pushy ( like other companies we dealt with in the past ) . We will certainly be calling them for future project
I can't say enough positive things about the Italian Painting Services. Stefano and his crew painted our Living Room, Entry Hall, Dining Room, Hall, and one Bathroom. We have an older home that required some additional preparation and detailed plaster repair along with painting techniques to accuentuate the architectural features. The living room has 12 foot ceilings with plaster beams, the dining room has a plaster wreath on the ceiling, the entry has plaster work that looks like bricks. This was not an easy paint job. The crew was professional, very neat, talented, and very respectful of our property. I would not hesitate to recommend the Italian Painting Services for any painting needs. We selected this painting service from Yelp due to the excellent reviews, and they did not disappoint
I've remodeled several kitchens and baths in the past, even some entire homes. But never worked with a contractor as reliable as Jonathan. A contractor is only as good as his subs, and every tradesman Jonathan sent was top notch. Showed up when they were scheduled, worked until the job was done. I'd hire Jonathan again. Can't say that about moat of the other contractors I've hired..
THE PLUMBERS WERE PLEASANT, BUT I GOT THE SENSE THAT THEY DID NOT WANT TO WORK HARD FOR THEIR PAY. ONE DID THE ACTUAL WORK, WHILE THE OTHER MAINLY LOOKED AT THINGS. THEN THEY CHARGED TIME AND A HALF ($150 PER HOUR) FOR THE PRESENCE OF TWO PLUMBERS. THEY NEVER RETURNED REPEATED CALLS TO DO SOME ADDITIONAL WORK. THEY DID NOT ANSWER HARD QUESTIONS INVOLVING LEAKS, MOISTURE, AND MOLD
It went very well. Johnathan Smith, the owner, had been by my mobile the day before regarding a hot water heater. He saw I had no heat and took a look at my furnace, including going on the roof to check the status of the roof jack for the old furnace. There was a problem he identified and he lit the pilot and we discussed the cost of replacing the 41 year old furnace. He made calls to see if the product was available in case I needed to have an emergency replacement. This is New Years week. I called Jonathan at 11:10 pm to ask him to replace the furnace as it again stopped working and I was unable to relight it. He called me by 8 am to verify I still wanted the work done and he put his staff right on the job. He did the work along with his very able employee, Russ. They worked almost continuously from 8:30 to 6:30 pm. They did have to pick up a piece of metal to repair the roof but were back quickly. They were so professional and hard working I even left my home for several hours to keep an appointment and I felt very comfortable about doing so. I am 77 years old and had no heat for most of 3 days and it is cold and rainy now. I was so impressed with their work and they removed the old furnace and cleaned up after the job was over. There was no playing around and their mind was on the job. I also was impressed with how they worked together. There was no phone chatting and any call that came in was handled efficiently. Jonathan showed me how to ooerate the furnace, replace filters and register the product
The service has always been excellent with them. All of the servicemen have been very efficient, knowledgeable, and they clean up after themselves. The company is very professional and they really know what they are doing.
The crew showed up on time and completed in one day as promised. The job was done with the materials agreed. They knew what they were doing. They explained and answered questions. The cleaned up afterward.

JP Mobile Home Leveling - showed up to site in a very timely manner. Went to work immediately, explaining what was going to be done and showed tools that would be used. Finished in a timely manner and explained where the piers under the mobile home had been "adjusted." Overall, very good experience! I would definately use again and recommend to others.
