- Trident Windows and DoorsTrident replaced all the windows and a sliding glass doors on the downstairs unit of my duplex. I contacted them for a quote, after watching them replace my next door neighbor’s windows. Having replaced the upper unit’s windows with the same exact brand/style (Milgard), the year before, using my general contractor, for the installation, I new Trident’s quote was fair. For the lower unit, I wanted a contractor that just specialized in windows, because I could not afford to disturb my tenants in a protracted experience like I had with my general contractor in the upper unit. Even though the windows were the retrofit style, there is still quite a bit of detail work to set them in carefully and correctly and then caulk everything. I was impressed they were able to complete the entire job in a single day. Even when the sliding door was too big to fit through the front door, they didn’t miss a beat, lowering it down from the deck of the upper unit. They also cut and fit custom wood casings for them, as I did not want to use the vinyl strips that come with the windows. I didn’t have anything else to do, so I watched them work carefully, competently and efficiently, all day and “helped” (got in their way)

Most recently they painted my house, installed new gutters, redid my landscaping and hardscaping (including installing a new outdoor shower and drain), rebuilt a set of indoor stairs to our loft (very steep rise/run and narrow, but Richard made them very usable and safe for my young kids) and finished parts of my attic in a smart way that that added a ton of space and utility to my home (he was very creative and solved a ton of issues that others struggled with). Richard’s pricing is always fair, he has great workers and he always makes sure the job is done correctly and to your liking. He also moves fast and is respectful across the board. Really can’t say enough great things about him and his company. Highly recommend

- AAA Superior Sliding Glass DoorsScott Hoge and AAA sliding door are exactly what they are in their title SUPERIOR! I had called a competing company prior to AAA and the competitor came out and wanted to charge 500 dollars to replace the slider on my glass door! I sent them packing. I found AAA and talked to Scott. He was upfront with all the cost, and gave me best and worst case scenarios before he came out. I sent him photos of the door, the slider, and the frame. He gave me a price without knowing what his competitors gave. By far AAA was and is the cheapest! He made an appointment right away to come out and get the slider back into normal shape. He and his guys showed up on time, were very friendly, helpful, and educated us on how to keep the door slider in good condition to prolong the life of the slider. He backs his work and part for a year. The competition only wanted to warranty their work for 30 days. If you need your slider repaired or replaced don’t mess with the other guys. CALL SCOTT

"Very well, no issues. I was stressed a bit during the demolition because I’ve spent my life repairing things and I cannot willfully destroy a perfectly working apparatus w/o causing issue. I work on multi-million dollar stat of the art medical imaging systems, repaired multi-million dollar state of the art weapon systems. "The work was performed in a timely manner over the course of five days. The crew varied from 2-3, they were on time, and worked full days. The crew was respectful and worked with us in our needs, coming and going from the home, and shuttling two dogs between the house, yard, and their kennel. For the most part, everything was cleaned before they left each day, although one day was fairly claustrophobic when all windows and most doors were taped/plastic covered overnight. This is the second time our home has been professionally painted in the last ten years. Hands down, the quality and finishing was much better with Steve John's Painting. The corners and cuts transitioning from colors on the home are clean. I walked the home and found some spots needing touch-up work and the crew was responsive to all requests. I will seek out this company in the future and will gladly give recommendations on their behalf.
