Most recently they painted my house, installed new gutters, redid my landscaping and hardscaping (including installing a new outdoor shower and drain), rebuilt a set of indoor stairs to our loft (very steep rise/run and narrow, but Richard made them very usable and safe for my young kids) and finished parts of my attic in a smart way that that added a ton of space and utility to my home (he was very creative and solved a ton of issues that others struggled with). Richard’s pricing is always fair, he has great workers and he always makes sure the job is done correctly and to your liking. He also moves fast and is respectful across the board. "I dealt with the sales Manager Shan Gevorkian and found him very professional from the get-go. He offered a price that was better than I had been quoted from other competitors although it wasn't cheap and I believe you get what you pay for. Once we had agreed to move forward he set a date and promised all construction would be done during the week we had agreed upon. His crew came out and began tearing down the old Pergola by day two they already had both of the old dilapidated pergolas removed and had begun construction on the smaller of the two new ones. By the middle of the week I liked what I was seeing so much that I decided to have my two Side gates replaced as well with the vinyl. Shan promised me that this could be done within the original timeframe we had agreed upon and impressively by the end of the week it was done along with the pergolas. I am very impressed with the quality of the work and attention to detail and very satisfied with how they kept on schedule. The only negative thing I could say is the two main workers are rather loud and let's say passionate about their work. Sometimes I heard them having rather heated discussions about their work. I can honestly say it didn't bother me because when I went out to see what they done at the end of each day it showed that they actually cared what they were doing rather than just slapping it together. I would not hesitate to use these guys again and to recommend them to my neighbors. In fact I plan to have them to the fencing around the yard when my finances permit.

"Recently we had Finest Fence replace two sides of our wooden fence in our backyard. The fence looks beautiful but we noticed on our slope that portions of the fence were placed high resulting in gaps at the base of the fence. My small to medium size dog managed to fit under the gap into my neighbors backyard. We called Finest Fence and explained the situation. They said that they would need to charge additional to place a base board to close the gaps. After spending $5000 for the fence, We thought charging extra to close the gaps was unfair. They would not back down and the tone was a bit rude when they said " This is what it is, if you choose to fix it fine. If not that is fine to." "Let me start off by saying the work that was done by Flores Artscape is fantastic, so if I was judging them just based off of the finished product, I'd give them 5 stars. It was a relatively big project - we wanted to greatly expand and remodel our backyard deck - and with that came a good amount of demo, drainage digging and a lot of precise woodworking/install. So the fact that the deck turned out as advertised and then some is a sign that they can get the job done, no matter what. That being said I do think they could work on their communication. It was a tricky time, in the midst of a Covid surge, so there's a good chance they were understaffed. They had two guys working the project when I believe three would've moved it along faster. The biggest issue was that the guys who were working back there would regularly ask me about the project specs. I found it odd that they didn't already know what I wanted as we had pre-planned everything with their designer. Were they not filled in? I assume the job of keeping the workers up to speed is the responsibility of their project leader, not the homeowner, right? But like I said, the work turned out great so despite the back and forth that had to happen during the project, we got what we wanted! Thanks Flores!
