They honored their contract and were willing to come back and help us work through a problem that popped up. It was refreshing to have a company actually be responsible and take responsibility. They were kind, professional and actually took care of us, what else can I say?
Jaub (not sure of spelling) Miller and his crew members were the ones to waterproof my basement wall where water was leaking. They did a super job - very friendly and answered all my questions. I would recommend JES and this team! Good work, guys!!
I think the workers have done a great job but the Senior inspector who signed the contract with me was not responsive to my questions after the project. I sent a few messages to him but he did not reply.
I do not write reviews. However, I highly recommend The Basement Pros. I am writing this review almost a full year after my sump pump install because I did not want to make claims that were not tried and true. After years of sopping up water in my 'finished' basement with a mop & wet vac, my back and budget could no longer take it any longer. I phoned Peter and he sent out an amazing team. The spirited and considerate Donnie, Alex, Armondo, and Dougie took extremely good care of my home. They jackhammered through tight spaces to preserve newly installed wood stairs. They discovered the foundation defect that was the source of my water entry. They contracted a mason to remedy the issue. The exquisitely restored my basement to the intended 'finished' condition with the added security of a battery backed up sump pump system. There hasn't been a drop in my basement since. As I write this review, the DMV is experiencing a serious summer storm. I have total peace of mind and that's pricesless. So, . . . what are you waiting for?
Reasonable and did a good job. Poor communication style however.
They did excellent work but seemed overcommitted to other jobs. There were days when no one was working on the project so it took longer than anticipated. Maybe that is normal for renovations. They addressed any problems that came up promptly, so I would recommend them for similar jobs.
It's heart warming to meet professional and honest people like David. Believe me you can't take that for granted nowadays. In addition, communication was great and customer service impeccable. If you need pest control or small animal removal services, there is no need to look elsewhere.

I am so impressed with Comfenergy. The sales rep explained why we only needed to improve the insulation at the top of our unfinished basement walls, not the whole thing as another company recommended. So it was considerably less money than we thought we’d need to do the job. Brent and his assistant arrived on time to do the work and were so quiet that we weren’t inconvenienced in any way. I definitely recommend this company.
I forgot to do this review but am glad I did because I am two years out having waterproofing services by this company. The drain and sump pump recommended by Robert Ellis is absolutely worth it. I no longer am anxious about weather forecasts because of the work done. Robert evaluated my home, gave me options and soft recommendations then allowed me space to make the best long term decision. Completely satisfied and would recommend.
Professional company who handled repairing foundation and waterproofing basement, from inspection and plans to construction and installation. On time and within budget. But the peace of mind is priceless.

Charles was outstanding. I needed someone to remove poison ivy and he immediately responded. He came out the same day and took care of the problem. Even though the problems was bigger than originally thought. I would use him again.
