I worked with Daniel Parks JR. He was very nice. Was able to explain every part of the possible repair and even found damage we didn't know was there. (We had another company look) He showed us pictures of all the damage before we hired him. He then showed us pictures during and after the repair. The men that were here were very respectful and did a great job cleaning up. I would definitely call them again if I needed work done.

WSM Management hired TItan to investigate leaks in several 6th floor units and the basement. We had the foundation exposed and waterproofed. Julius did a spectacular job ensuring the plans and permit were in place and parapet rebuilt. Well executed and passed on the first inspection.

Frank Parise was delightful to work with. From our first conversation he was educating me on topics and Quasimodo I would have never thought to bring up. He also gave me his entire resume up front and offered references before I could even ask. His inspection was thorough and very detailed.
