We had such a good experience working with MA Design for our Bathroom renovations that we just had them come back to complete two other large scale projects. A full Kitchen refresh as well as a brand new back yard which included new stone patio with propane fire pit, new trex deck with integrated lighting, and a fully screened in porch. This was a large amount of work (in a difficult space as our back yard is only accessible by stairs so all work must be done by hand) and we really weren’t sure on what we could fit in the area. Marc & Raquel walked us through the full design and gave us options to find what worked best for us, and we are thrilled with our results. Would highly recommend for any projects for your home, indoor AND outdoor. We love our transformed house!

- AR Home Renovations CorpAndre and his team were incredible throughout the process. It started small by replacing some shingles, but more work was needed after that was complete. Andre was honest and transparent the entire time when discussing what was required to fix the leaking roof. Once the new roof and roof deck were signed off on, the project was finished quickly and Andre was responsive the entire time. They found creative ways to implement our design ideas, adjusted to the inevitable challenges of working on an old home with humor, reassurance, and warmth, and worked tirelessly to preserve the natural beauty of our home. For example, we had a gorgeous, turn-of-the-century custom cabinet built into one of the dining room walls that was coming down. In the middle of demolition, Marc and his team delicately removed the cabinet in one piece rather than allow something so beautiful to be destroyed. You simply don't get that kind of attention and consideration from most contractors! As we neared completion of our project, MA Design and Construction were constantly communicating with us regarding finishing details and ensuring that the work met our hopes and expectations. - Beantown Home Improvements, Inc.Beantown replaced siding on 3 out of 4 sides of my house with Hardie fiber cement plank boards; they tore down an old deck and built a new one in its place; and they removed and replaced a sliding patio door. Very professional company that uses high quality materials and left me feeling confident that they would do the job better than many alternatives. Jim, the owner, was there to answer my many questions from the quote phase all the way through to completion and even afterward. His responsiveness is exceptional and appreciated. The crew was punctual and incredibly fast - I couldn't believe they took down my old siding and installed new siding in 3 days. Amazing. My house and new deck look awesome. I appreciate the whole company's professionalism, helpfulness, and friendliness. They registered my products and sent my warranties promptly, and they also gave me some good tips and pointers that made me feel more knowledgeable about my home and new deck/siding. Price-wise, I would say they are higher than average, but it's more important to me that the work on my home is done right, not done cheaply, and that the contractor is honest, which is why I went with Beantown for this project. I wasn't disappointed and would hire them again, but I did have to forego some additional deck work that I had hoped to have done because it was starting to go beyond my budget. Jim was open that the cost of decking at the time of our project was more expensive than usual, so I appreciate his candor. In terms of honesty and professionalism, Beantown is the best contractor I've ever worked with. If I were to offer any suggestions for improvement, it would be that some of the detail work on the siding (i.e. a noticeably rough cut on a siding plank in one spot above a small roof) and post-siding cleanup could have been more thorough. I'm still finding nails around my house, and that's to be expected, but there were also nails and debris left on my roofs. Not a huge deal, but for the cost, I would have appreciated more attention to those kind of details, especially when it's hard for me to clean up on my own. I also did not realize that the siding work was going to cause as much intense vibration as it did, and I did have a potted plant fall off of a shelf and shatter, so it would have been nice to have that head's up. Now I know for next time. Overall, Beantown is a trustworthy, punctual, professional contractor that does high quality work. I would hire them again for future projects

"Excellent. Celio did and excellent job. Once the job was started they were there every day until the job was finished. If the weather looked like is was going to make work impossible, Celio would call and tell us he was going to have to skip the day or come later.

"Coen was responsive during storms and as thorough as any of the other vendors we've tried. The team was responsive to feedback and kept us safe through the worst winter. We needed to do some detail work ourselves to make sure vents were clear but Coen took care of the heavy lifting. It took awhile to lock in a final contract - Scott was very responsive in sending an initial draft but took some following up to get the clarifications we were looking for. Still, we decided to go with them because their rates were competitive, reasonable, and they made multiple trips to deal with build up in the event of larger storm.

"We hired Mark to do a complete bathroom remodeling. Very early on, Mark committed to a timeline (4 weeks) that he respected. He advised us where we could choose the bathroom features (Frank Webb), and tiles. We gave him the list, he ordered and picked up everything. Mark and his crew showed up on time for the demolition, and the schedule of the Tiles, electrician, plumber, painter, and inspector was all organized. He took care of everything. We only had to be around to answer some simple layout questions. We had a couple of minor bumps during the project (as expected), and Mark quickly found solutions and took care of them. Mark’s crew is very competent and the quality of their work is impressive. Moreover, they are very polite and respectful, making the whole experience painless and pleasant. I recommend Mark's team, they are a bit more expensive but the quality of the work and the stress-free experience for a renovation is well worth it.
